We recently had a nursery appointment at John Lewis Norwich, and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to Sally, who assisted us.

Sally was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the car seats and prams. She patiently answered all our questions (and there were many!) and offered helpful advice tailored to our specific needs and budget.

We particularly appreciated that Sally was not pushy at all. Sally's expertise and friendly demeanour made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.

Am using my hubby's account to write this review as i feel its so important.
I was meeting with my friends for regular ladies that lunch yesterday and one of my friends on arrival was visibly upset in the store.
Within minutes a gentleman approached us and kindly offered us drinks and seated us in a quiet area in the restaurant.
Amazing from his approach to ensuring we we were all ok before he left us.
I believe his name to be Chris Heaford.
So big Thankyou Chris and staff .... so so kind.

Excellent service today from Simon and Richard who delivered our new washing machine on time. They were friendly, polite and professional. They were also neat - tidying away all the packaging and ensuring the new machine was properly installed. Simon even ran through the basic settings with me. Thank you for prompt delivery.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff in the ladies clothing department. My mum went in today looking for an outfit for a family wedding and Stephanie was extremely helpful, she took the time to find her a range of styles and sizes, gave her opinion on which styles suited her best, and she even helped my mum to video call me so that I could help from 3 hours away. Stephanie really went the extra mile to help my mum find a dress that she feels confident in and it looks wonderful. Thank you for your help!

Top quality customer service. Served by Nathan in Tech department. He was very helpful and very patient. If he did not know the answer to a question he checked on his phone to make sure we got the right information. John Lewis needs more Nathans.

The shop assistants are so kind, if you are looking for a gift or card this is a lovely shop

Great service from both the customer service assistant in tech, and also the tech guy. Bought some headphones, had an issue which was resolved quickly and without fuss. This is exactly why I was a returning customer, and will continue to be. Thanks guys I really appreciate it. 😌

Always come here first for electricals and home furnishings. Always very clean, super professional staff and a great range of products. Esp if I'm looking for something extra special e.g. Mother's Day/birthday cards or presents.
Update 28.08.2021 - the place to eat is open. Limited hot food menu but a large selection of cakes.
03.05.2022 Place to Eat is back to normal (cutlery, napkins and water), lots of summer picnic, BBQ, Al fresco dining and outdoor lighting. Eid display is very pretty.
Home Storage is downstairs in the basement. Dogs still allowed.
28.06.2022 Mammoth is on Mezinne floor. Also have a colouring table. Small Dino in the basement.

We went into the baby department at John Lewis and we got speaking with Tom.. to say that we feel he went above and beyond great customer service would be an understatement! We had a particular push chair in mind and he was able to help us secure it after going through some alternatives as well ! Thanks Tom!

At the start of December I visited the lingerie department for some new underwear. As I'd recently lost weight I didn't know my bra size. I'm quite self conscious but the lady who looked after me (her name was Lisa) made me feel so relaxed and at ease I ended up having the most enjoyable bra shopping experience I think I've ever had. There was a really good selection of different styles, different colours. The only thing I felt was lacking was there wasn't any suspender belts/girdles/waspies.
Thoroughly recommended and I shall definitely be going back.

Just bought an iron from John Lewis which was the display model. It took a member of staff a herculean effort to get through all the red tape for us to buy it. She is an excellent example of what the JL quality mark is all about. So often one is met with indifference and a laissez-faire attitude, not this young lady, she deserves to be employee of the month.

Not a huge store but big enough to stock interesting items. Still has a haberdashery department, much reduced in size but hanging in there.

Went into the store after 12 years or more, six weeks ago, and was a bit confused at first, due to the perplexing signage detailing whats on what floor, but I was happy and had time to explore.
Came across the lighting department, and it was tastefully displayed.
I picked what I wanted - a 'Baldwin Table Lamp', and whilst fumbling about trying to decipher which bulb was required, this lady sales assistant came to my rescue. She knew exactly what I needed and happily showed me the way. Now I havent been shopping for 2-3 years, as I buy online.I find it stressful as im Autistic. This lady so impressed me that I now come in at least once a week.

I had an emergency situation, my baby was born premature & I needed a travel system immediately. Lisa & Robin went above and beyond with helping me. I received the best customer care ever! They did such a great job explaining everything from carseat safety to how the systems work. I left with everything I needed plus extra!

Extremely polite and helpful staff. Electrical department mainly today, had just what we were after at a good price with their famous guarantee. Have to also recommend the cafe, the Eton Mess Cheesecake was worth going in for on its own!

Arrived in Norwich for an overnight stay, forgot my make up bag, not an issue, called to see Tanya, Bare Minerals and Tara, Clarins, they were so good, sat me down and applied the full make up experience, we had such fun, what a great advert for John Lewis these gals are, thank you so much ladies, Jenny

My daughter and I visited John Lewis in Norwich yesterday and we had a lovely time! Thank you Ala for helping to choose a dress for my daughter! It was very exciting and important for my daughter, Ala was very attentive and kind! Excellent customer service! Thank you, Ala! X

I bought my curtains here. The lady working at this section was really friendly and helpful. She explained everything and cut the curtains for me to the right measure. I finished sewing them yesterday and they look fabulous. Thank you. I definitely recommend this store to everyone.
