We were visiting the area for a few days and stopped here for a meal one evening. The food was lovely and very fresh and especially hot. Service at the bar and with our food was excellent and efficient. I would definitely recommend the fish and chips or lasagne as all of us that ate those dishes said how nice they were!

Our families favourite place for a Sunday carvery. Serves until 8pm. Great food, great atmosphere, and very friendly staff.

Lovely affordable carvery, my family and I have been coming here most Sunday's for our Sunday dinner since approximately 8 years. There's no need to book a table. The carvery is very nice, the choices are always the same meats though... ham, turkey or beef. There's a choice of large or small plates you get two meat choices with the small and can get all three with the large. It can become overcrowded in the summer months even with the outdoor seating area but it is a little gem and well worth a visit on a Sunday, sorry can't comment on other days as we have only been for Sunday dinner.

Lovely pub. Great food. Great atmosphere, especially on sunny summer days. Can be a little difficult getting a car parking spot. But highly recommended.

Lovely place in a nice setting. Sat outside in the sunshine having our food and drinks. Food was lovely. Definitely recommend. We had our dog Dudley with us, plenty of water bowls around for your furry friends.

Had Sunday carvery here whilst on a weekend away. Lovely staff, very busy pub which is always a good sign. The food was sooo tasty! Beef cooked to perfection. Mash very creamy, roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle just how I like it.

Nice pizza, great with a ping after a long day on the beach 10mins down the hill. Outside seating for dog lovers, inside was cosy. Nice old photos of the town from yesteryear. Staff friendly.

Lovely place. Great food, especially the scampi and their homemade coleslaw and their steak and ale pie with massive chunks of tender steak 😋

Absolutely loved it here ❤ We had the dogs with us so sat outside under the lovely wooden canopy. It was a Sunday so had the carvery. Food was great and very reasonably priced. My favourite meal out of our week's holiday. Would definitely go again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. If you're in the area it's a really great place to eat and relax.

While on holiday last week (middle of August/summer holidays), we ate at Glyn Y Weddw three times. The kids had a great time on the play area and we were able to get a table right by the play area, so we could keep an eye on the little one. The pub was obviously very busy at this time of year, so we were advised that our food would take 45-60 minutes, which was fine by us and the food was good. Definitely recommend this place for people holidaying in the area. Short walk to the beach afterwards too.

Great service even in these trying times. The food was wonderful. We sat outside as the weather was perfect and we weren't bothered by wasps. Sat Nav to the door. Would definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Popped in here on a Sunday afternoon with my husband and three young children while on holiday in the area. Had a lovely carvery lunch. Place was busy at 12pm so it’s obviously a popular spot. Lovely location and the children enjoyed the children’s carvery portion and outdoor play area.

Best carvery we've had in a long time. Everything on the plate was so tasty. Worth the travel from Anglesey. Definitely will be visiting soon.

We haven't eaten there yet, but we have been told it's very good, carvery on Sunday, The pub sits sort of below road level, its like the bedrooms are road level, if your driving from Pwllheli, you could drive straight passed it, it is opposite the tur ing for Mynytho B4413, there is a little Spar shop next to it, the second car park for the pub is down the side of the Spar, as you look at it, it's on the left. In the pub a great pint of smooth beer,
