Such a well organised campsite. All the spots are really well maintained and a good size. We were able to easily pitch our tent, gazebo and have the car by the side and still plenty of room to ourselves.
The showers etc are immaculate. Drinking water taps are close by. Ruth greeted us when we arrived and asked if we wanted any suggestions for stuff to do in the area. A really lovely and quiet campsite that's really well looked after. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Really beautiful location with the best facilities I've ever seen at a campsite. Ruth and Rhodri were so kind and helpful, would definitely recommend and will be returning!

Facilities are faultless, clean showers and toilets. Freezer, microwave and a coffee machine.
Pitches are a really decent size, more than enough room for a big tent, car and an area to sit out at night. They do have picnic benches too. We didn't get this time, so not sure if they're charged for now, they used to be free. Village pub, convenience store, chemist and beach all within 15mins walk (bit longer on the way back). Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, although I shouldn't as the positive reviews only make it harder to get onto 😂. Some great views too 👌

Amazing family-run campsite, beautifully clean, heated and modern facilities, pitches are all carefully positioned with as much privacy and shelter from the wind as possible, immaculate grounds constantly being maintained by Rhodri and his boys. Thank you Rhodri and Ruth for having us once again. You simply won’t find a better site in the Abersoch area.

Excellent campsite, great location, very good size pitches, well set out. Unfortunately, we had a flat car battery on the car when leaving which the owner solved for us very quickly and we were on on our way! Very grateful thank you . Muriel &John

Myself partner and dog stayed on the 10th of June for 2 nights. Absolutely a 5 star site. Toilets, shower rooms were perfect. Clean and the decor is great. The site is well kept, it's a stunning place to camp. We had a warm welcome onto the site. Definitely a must for camping.

Just had a wonderful stay at Bolmynydd. As usual, Rhoderi and Ruth were most welcoming and nothing was too much bother - Rhoderi gave me some great cycling routes to follow. The facilities are excellent and cleaned twice daily. The pitches are well marked out and spacious. The site is in a beautiful location with fantastic views. A great site. I would highly recommend.

Our first and definitely not our last visit! We booked late and were lucky to get a pitch for our VW Camper. We loved the site from our first view, clean, very well kept, good signage and very well laid out. Facilities were 1st Class including a large washing area, great shower/toilet block, laundry room, coffee machine and two outdoor hoses. Met Ruth who was really helpful and welcoming. Great place and we'll be back soon.

Fabulous site! Pitches are large, many with nice views of the coast. Good clean, modern shower block. Owners very friendly and helpful. About 15 mins walk to a pub, similar to the beach. Lovely lanes with wild flowers., and walks over “Tin Man” to Abersoch, and get the bus back if you like. Access lane is quite narrow, and some pitches are quite angled - so big ramps if you have a campervan / Motorhome.

Camping in a tent. This is a beautiful clean camping location with excellent clean facilities. Coffee machine, dryer etc. Only a short walk to the local spar, pub or beach.
The lane to the camp is narrow but you are best approaching from the spar end and there are a few car pullover spaces. Difficult for caravans though.
Only negative is it can be very windy as you are high up.Maybe they need to relocate the tent pictures lower down in a shelter space. A closing time for showers will be handy just leaving maybe disabled toilet free whilst cleaning is on.
Also signs requires on the doors, toilet, shower etc.
Overall very good

Fantastic little site, nervous drivers may be a bit unnerved driving up to the site but it's only two minutes from the main road. Very clean, quiet and super friendly. Perfect for younger kids or as a base for beach adventures or driving into Snowdonia. Will definitely be revisiting again soon.

Location
- top class. Lovely walks around the head there, down to Abersock.
- stunning little beach.in Llambedrog itself, a mere 7-10mins walk. Breathtaking little beach really.

Site
- Rhodri was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Great tips for the locality and just decent people.
- the site is immaculate with decent sized pitches. We had a motorhome and plenty of room.
- Washing and dryers are proper industrial sized.
- showers and toilets are immaculate.

The road up is a bit tight, but I got my 7.2m, 2.3m wide motorhome up without issue. And have seen photos of another much larger camper that was there!

Will definitely be coming back to Wales and Bolmynydd is definitely top of the list for a revisit!

A beautiful well kept campsite with very large pitches. The pitches were mostly separated by hedges and each one had ample room for very large tents. The toilet block was also very good and it was great to have free, hot showers. Interestingly although the toilet block was good enough they are replacing it with a new one in 2020.

The site felt very safe for children and although it has seasonal caravan pitches is a campsite for tents. They also have electric on most pitches too.

They are also close to two very good beaches and Abersoch is an very quick drive too. We will definitely return!

Lovely campsite with great views of the mountains and also the sea from some pitches. Spotlessly clean brand new facilities. Great walks from the site recommended for walkers and those who love the countryside. For those who enjoy a holiday drink there is a lovely little beach bar on the beach (no bookings just queue but woth it) but it is about a mile walk uphill to get back to the campsite.

Lovely camping / caravan / motor home site. 5 mins walk to the beach. Very small lanes to reach the site, with few passing points. Excellent shower and toilet block, very clean and well thought out.

Very good facilities. Clean toilets with decent hot showers. Campsite has electricity and generally good. Can walk down to beach in 20 minutes, lovely coast. Also option to walk along headland which is stunning. Campsite is good had a little football pitch for children to play in.

Lovely informal campsite in a beautiful location. Huge pitches screened off for privacy all with superb views. Facilities are modern and spotlessly clean. The lane up to the site is a bit tight, we have a lwb sprinter van and didn’t find it too much of a problem.
The owners Ruth & Rhodri are really lovely, on hand and easily contactable if needed.
All just a short walk to the beach, cafes, Spar shop and pub.
