Went I for horse treats, lovely assistant served me , just starting to stock some dog food too. Looks like a good range of horsey stuff. A return visit in the near future

My 12yr old son hadn't ridden in a while and we visited here for the first time this week. Bought boots, a new hat and some gloves.
Thankfully, we went when it was quiet and received great, personal customer service as they helped us to find the correct sizes of things.
Will definitely return.

I love this shop. They have such a great range of products and every time I've been, the staff are so incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. My two young daughters are always excited when I say we need to go there!! 🥰

Absolute horrendous service from the owner. Returned a defective Charles Owen kylo riding hat to store, owner over the telephone accused me of causing the damage and reiterated this in an email. The hat had only been worn 5 times by an 11 year old novice. I contacted Charles Owen who requested the return of the hat and agreed it was a defect on the hat and not caused by damage or misuse. Hat was eventually replaced. I would not recommend anyone buys a hat from this store.
