I love the unique range of dresses and other clothing items at Icicle Boutique. I recently returned from a cruise and had so many positive comments and compliments when wearing the dresses that I bought from here. It really enhanced my experience. The staff are always polite and helpful in store and the online shopping is also very easy.

After shopping online only for 2 years roughly but always keeping up on FB & Insta, I finally made the trip to the shop last weekend and wasn't disappointed. Both myself and my Mum spent a couple of hours nearly in there and some ££££ too 😂 but I cannot wait to come back. The staff were lovely, so helpful and really chatty. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m so glad I discovered this place. The clothes etc are such good value and quality. What I like most is the fact that they are a bit different to what I can find in local shops. Delivery is quick and customer service is second to none. Highly recommended.

I love Icicle Boutique! The service is always excellent; fast delivery and the items well packed. When I have to return anything, refunds are applied quickly and without fuss. The clothes are lovely, and it is so nice to order on line and be pretty sure everything will fit.
The one size concept is great. I don’t normally give 5 star reviews as there is always room for improvement, but I can’t think of anything here. Unless….. you could open a shop up here in Yorkshire? Thanks for a great service.

I discovered icicle boutique earlier this year and have been ordering clothes/shoes since the spring. The website is very easy to use and the delivery service is very impressive with items arriving the next weekday if you order in the morning. Everything comes beautifully wrapped too. I live in Essex and the boutique is in Sidcup so I've only visited twice but all the staff in the boutique are super friendly and helpful and go the extra mile I have never been disappointed with my purchases. There is such a great variety of clothes, shoes, jewellery and bags, so there really is something for everyone regardless of shape, age or size,.
It's lovely quality and it's competitively priced too. The lives on facebook are great too (and funny)! as you see the clothes worn by a normal person rather than a 6 foot size zero model which isn't realistic for most of us. I've returned a few things just because the style might not have suited me and the refund is really super quick, a couple of days maximum. My latest over the knee black fabric boots are absolutely stunning. Thank you Icicle Boutique!

I have purchased many items from Icicle Boutique, the clothes are beautiful, good quality and the delivery is super quick. I have returned a couple of items that were unsuitable and they issue a Refund straight away, no waiting around or chasing them up. I love the live shows as Louisa gives you loads of information and you get a good look at the item. I purchase from quite a few sites and Icicle Boutique is by far the best. Just been on holiday and nearly all my outfits are from here. Love the notify when back in stock button as it works very well. Thanks for great service and good quality items 😁 👍

I’ve only been shopping with Icicle boutique for a couple of months and I’m already addicted/obsessed with them. There clothes are high quality and there’s many different styles, suitable for so many different people. I have had to send one order back but that was due to the clothes not suiting me and I got a refund no problem, there was no chasing them for it. The staff are amazing, kind and so polite, I even got a phone call back after I called them for a pair of jeans which were sold out but they had found one pair left in my size and decided to ring me back, not many places would go out of there way to do that.Delivery is fast and nothing has came to me damaged. Would highly recommend visiting them even if it’s through the website and take a look at there lives videos, they don’t just do clothes they also do shoes/trainers, bags and jewellery.

I discovered Icicle Boutique during the first lockdown, and what a find. I love watching all the lives and have purchased many items over the past 2 years. I love that they cater for bigger sizes too (I am a 16). Their returns policy is superb too, I have returned items and had notification within 24 hrs that my goods have been refunded, unlike some other companies where they can take upto 7 days to refund you. I have also called the shop a few times as items I've wanted have been out of stock online and have been able to purchase over the phone. They provide a next day delivery too which is a bonus. I absolutely love this Boutique, when discovering it what I like the most is, I love the fabrics, the colours, the different styles and most importantly the comfort, you can still look, sexy, smart or casual in all of the clothes ranges available and best of all is you can still be comfortable. I have never been stopped in the street so many times to be asked about my outfits before. This find was a golden nugget for me. I normally always stick to my going to which is black, this year is the first time I have bought colours and I have loved every minute wearing them and I’ve felt confident as the designs of the outfits have complimented my larger figure, can’t wait to see what new ranges will be arriving. Thank you to all the team at Icicle for you very fast and friendly service always. One day I want to visit the shop as I have bought my outfits online, whether it be clothes or shoes, I have not once had to send anything back and I have….ahem…bought many items 😊

I have been shopping with Louisa for a few months and have always been pleased with my products, service and delivery that Icicle boutique has given. However with my most recent purchase Louisa and Sam have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. A dress I hoped to purchase some months ago was out of stock. I received a phone call from Sam a few days ago informing me that the dress I was hoping to.purchase was available if I still wanted it. I was chuffed that the dress was available. What pleased me more was how Louisa had gone to the trouble to locate the dress and to let me know. I must add that I was under no obligation to purchase the said dress.
I myself am employed in a role where customer service is paramount. Louisa and co you get the 5 stars for your excellent customer service, products and of course the FB lives!!! .

What a delight this shop is. I've ordered lots over the last year and I'm so pleased I stumbled across this superb Boutique. Such an excellent array of choices in fashion, jewellery, bags and footwear. In one-way im glad they're not close to me as I'd be bankrupt if the store was in travelling distance 😀
Love the live videos online you take time to give accurate information when showing quality items on real people whom bring the clothes alive along with making the videos a pleasure to watch.

Stumbled across Icicle Boutique by accident on Facebook. Have made quite a few purchases, done a few returns, but not many! The whole business is run in an excellent way. Customer service is second to none, they are easy to contact and both the shop and warehouse go out of their way to help you. Having seen a lot of different businesses in a professional capacity, I can see they have worked hard to make the business a success. They can deal with queries, refunds are done like lightening and I even had a phone call to say a return I thought was lost in the post, had turned up. The business model is working well, the “lives” are wonderful, almost as good as being in the shop. Keep going, it is all working really well.😀

I absolutely love this shop and website. The clothes are beautiful, gorgeous fabrics and colours. I’ve hardly shopped anywhere else since I discovered Icicle boutique in lockdown. I also love the fact that they have bigger sizes too. Can’t wait for the new season!!
