Dear surgeons, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the miracle you have done in my life. Thanks to you, I have regained my sight and I can see the world with different eyes. You are amazing professionals and wonderful human beings.

Just had knee replacement, staff really helpful and approachable. Big shout out to Liliana and Karen who looked after me during the nights but really everyone did their part to make my stay comfortable.

This is the best hospital I have ever been in.
The care and efficiency were excellent.
My operation was conducted by a top class surgeon and anaesthetist who made me feel relaxed and secure.
The team in the Kingfisher ward were kind and professional with good bedside manners and sense of humour.
There were no delays in the treatment.
My stay was made as comfortable as possible and I thank everyone involved.
I am now recovering well.

I’ve had three procedures here now, two hip replacements and, on 03/05, my second knee replacement operation. I cannot fault my treatment at any point during my stay. The nursing team on Kingfisher Ward, both day and night, were superb. Very professional, very respectful and had a great sense of humour which put everyone at ease.
The kitchen staff were friendly and the food was actually really good - I can’t complain about my shepherds pie and veg, followed by fruit crumble and custard! Very nice indeed.
Being taken to surgery was straightforward and the anaesthetist team put me very much at ease with everything being explained as we went along.
The consultant surgeon, Mr Fabula, along with his very slick team, was awesome and did an amazing job as always.
After about 30-40 minutes in recovery I was back on the ward where coffee/tea and toast was provided within minutes of arriving!
Surgery is rarely fun, but the Kingfisher Ward Team made me feel absolutely as best as I could under the circumstances. The following day, the Physio Team were in and quickly assessed that I could use my crutches and do stairs, so after x-rays and a quick blood test, it was back home.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Kingfisher Ward, the Kitchen and Physio Teams for taking the best care of me during my stay, and especially to Mr Fabula, who has now done three of my four joint replacements, for carrying out another top-quality surgical procedure. Thank you all.

This is the best hospital l have been too. Very friendly team of staff, nothing is too much for them, very helpful before and after surgery. Everyone had a smile on their face even cleaning staff which is Very rare. Meals there are also exceptionally good, even just sandwiches were presented very well. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others, and would return there myself if ever needed.

I had my replacement hip surgery 19 July 23, from start to finish I had 5 star service the care and attention I received was marvellous you are set at ease by all members of the team.
My surgery was completed with an injection to my spine this was absolutely remarkable and was totally pain free and you are awake at all time I found this was not a problem as nothing was felt from beginning to the end of the procedure, one being returned to the ward Kingfish, there was coffee and toast served then for lunch Shepherds pie and cherry crumble with custard absolutely top quality food.
I would give a 100% recommendation for this company 5 star all the way, one more thing on completion you are taken to your car by wheel chair lots and lots of care.

I had my left knee replacement done , the whole team where phenomenal , from the nurses, kichen staff , cleaner , porters. Absolutely loved how they all come in to introduce themselves with great big smiles on there faces . My anxiety disappeared and I felt in very safe hands as soon as I got there.

I'm more confident now to go back for my right knee replacement in the near future , keep up the great work everyone, once again thank you all xx

Had a procedure done here today and felt very welcomed and briefed well throughout. Was assisted by friendly and knowledgeable nurses, who were fantastic, including Adriana, and Dr Ahmed was very thorough and meticulous. Thank you.

I had a full knee replacement on Tuesday and I couldn’t praise this unit enough. The nurses and catering staff were very friendly. The nurses also explained everything that was going to happen with my operation and answered any of my concerns. The doctor and anaesthetist also explained to me all about what they were going to do and checked that I was happy before they proceeded. After my operation the nurses were there to help with all my needs. This unit is covid/disease secure so no visitors are allowed but you can take in your mobile phone or tablet and the Wi-Fi is free.

2 weeks ago I had a total knee replacement.
I can honestly say from start to finish all the team were amazing. My operation had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but the surgeon and team made sure I was dealt with the very next morning.
They were caring, considerate and above all else friendly.

Everyone was really nice and polite. They explained everything with examples. Doctors and nurses deserve a round of applause. Bravo and thank you. Wish your the best :)

I have recently been to the hospital for carpal tunnel operation. I found the nurses very polite and caring. The surgeon and his assistants were very helpful as I had another problem with the shoulder of the hand they were working on was causing a lot of pain and distress, the assistants were very sympathetic and made me as comfortable as possible.

I had a knee replacement a few days ago and I cannot praise the staff here too highly. From the cleaners to the surgeons everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Every stage of my procedure was explained carefully to me and they made sure I understood it all. The lady that cooked and delivered food was a joy and the food was excellent and presented in a way that made you want to eat it. I am unable to give a name of someone who stood out as every single person was excellent. I was in over a weekend so the staff changed every day but this made no difference at all to my care. This centre should be used as an example to the rest of the NHS as to how it should be done. My sincere thanks to them all.

Can’t fault this hospital or its staff at all. From the minute I attended the clinic for my consultation with my surgeon to bring discharged after my op, the care and professionalism was amazing. Follow up courtesy calls seeing if I was okay were a welcome surprise, especially given the current situation.

All Covid restrictions and guidelines followed to the letter but in a reassuring way. A big thank you.

Had my left hip replaced on the 7th of December 2022 all the staff where outstanding, surgeon made me feel as though I was in very good hands, if I ever need anything else doing I would have no hesitation in going back, even though it is a two hour drive from my home. Can't thank them enough.

I went for Gastoscopy invitation and I have been served by Adrian Damian and Mustafa Satouf and the other part of members of nice team. The team was amazing and really make an effort to make you relaxed. The procedure was not nice, but the team still make everything much more nicer.

I had my knee & ACL reconstruction last week. The service I received from everyone was astonishing. From checking in to departing later that evening, I was amazed. I have been to a few private hospitals for treatment & haven’t received this kind of care. Thank you to all the staff once again for everything you done for me.

Fantastic experience I had a complete knee replacement surgery on Friday 20th September ,2019 I was treated with care and respect and felt safe and well looked after, staff were very friendly and helpful, catering services was excellent food was delicious.
Kingfisher ward was very clean as were the toilets.I had a two night stay and felt very safe.I would like to thank the team for my excellent care. .

I had a hip replacement five weeks ago and am really pleased with my progress. All the treatment I received was of the highest standard and delivered by teams of experienced professionals who work in the cleanest of conditions with cheerful and friendly manners. This was my second visit to the hospital for hip replacement and the first , three years ago was identical. If you need this type of treatment I would seriously recommend Practice Plus Ilford.

I had a lumber decompression operation performed by Mr Ibrahim and his team. A brilliant surgeon and a fantastic hospital. Very clean and well run, excellent nursing staff, and the best hospital food ever, would have been very happy with it in a Restaurant! Hardly any pain or discomfort, just can’t speak highly enough of all concerned! Thank you.
