Cranbrook Surgery

I am very lucky that I have registered in Cranbrook surgery since last 10 years. I have severe migraine and other health issues, Dr Shiva is taking care of my all needs with very carefully. Without her, I can not think to live my life. Also, receptionists are very polite to me and always calm with me over the phone, I did upset them few times but they always were at my support. I am really glad.
Dr Shiva also gives me always mental support in every stage of my treatment. I will always remember this Surgery and Dr Shiva rest of life. Truly, She is an angel for me.

Bit hard to get appointments rather that staff are well trained.
At the surgery Dr Vivek said s very help full, quick referral and knows how to handle the patient.

This GP is providing very good quality service. My wife Lutfun Nahar has very bad servere back pain and headache. Dr.Shiva is very experienced GP ever I have seen. All the GPs are eager to help. Dr Vivek also helped her a lot as well as

We know there are long time to get an appointment, it is not in GPS hand to book us all but they always have tried to serve me with positive information even they didn't have any appointment available.
My wife is very pleased that the way they are giving her treatment since last 4 years. They have listened always carefully all her problems and have taken naccessary steps. My wife is in ongoing treatment, This GP never took time to reffer a consultant. She is a vanurable patient. She has received all adequate information about her treatment till now.
My wife and me are very happy with Cranbrook surgery because of their promt support.

The whole world is full of human beings. But it is tough to find a real human among them and Dr. Shiva is the one. She is the greatest dr. in the world ever. She helped me to overcome from my toughest situation when I had no one around me. Even my mum pray for the welfare of Dr. Shiva as her treatment and support keeps me alive. The way she speaks with the patient just mind blowing, patients get half recovery from her way of speaking and half from her treatment. I wish every surgery have the same Dr. like Dr. Shiva who cares people from the heart and I hope I will get the treatment from Dr. Shiva till the end of my life. Whether u will read my comment or not I don't know but please remember one thing You are the best Dr. Shiva.

Dr Siva is the best GP i have ever had. Unlike other GP's who are stretched for time and sometimes dismissive, Dr Siva ensures she gives her time, attention and dedication. A really nice lady, I am glad she is my GP as I have gone through some poor ones in the past.

Yes you need to wait but you got to understand they are doing there best your getting free medical treatment and if you got to wait that’s ok

I know people complain but if your not happy go pravite

They are all doing there best all surgeries are over worked

Awful at managing prescriptions. Rude receptionists.
Bad communication. CQC report specifically measured their "well-led" area as INADEQUATE in June 2019. Cannot see the improvement yet which is worrying.

I tried several times to log into Patient Access to order my medications but cannot get through. The system does not to work.

We registered with Cranbrook Surgery last month(Dec 2023) as we shifted to the Gants Hill area and had an initial health check as well. My wife is 37week 5 days pregnant. Since last month she has been taking Ferrous Sulphate 200mg tablets twice in a day as per midwife prescription. Yesterday the midwife checked her iron level and confirmed that it is low and she needs to continue taking tablets till pregnancy. In our previous GP which was forest GP it was very easy to get the medicine from the pharmacy. Today on 11th Jan 2024 we called Cranbrook surgery to prescribe the tablets to the pharmacy. Initially we were asked to visit the GP with a Maternity file and a medicine prescription. When I reached there I was told to book the appointment with the Doctor and the next available appointment is after 10 days. I am not sure how we can wait for 10 days for an iron tablet prescription when my wife's pregnancy is due in 3 weeks. This is a really bad experience for us. At one side redbridge council runs various programs to support pregnant women and kids' health and on the other side cranbrook surgery is not handling/guiding the pregnant woman properly.

I would advise anyone who is already registered at this practice or looking to register with this GP surgery to look for somewhere else. The staff are unhelpful and uncaring.

My mother has been registered with this practice for 2 years and she still cannot get a face to face appointment with the the GP. Her problems have always been rebuffed and neglected. Following hospitalisation, not once has Dr Sivanarul bothered to contact my mother to see how she is or book routine blood tests. All the letters from hospitals have been completed ignored and dismissed. She recently complained of a severe headache which was dismissed as a muscle strain. Thanks to this negligence my mother has lost vision her vision. She could have had her vision saved. Why was she dissmised on 5 seperate occasions? This practice needs to be shut down before more people end up like this.

I'd advise anybody who has faced similar issues to report this practice and a lawsuit.

Cranbrook Surgery service is very bad, please don't add anyone new to this surgery, I have been calling for GP appointments for 4 days, so far no appointments have been received, today I am calling again for appointments, my call number was 7, after 45 minutes I picked up the call. They say all the appointments are booked, how can a patient stay for so long.

Never insync with PCT, never contact or follow-up with patients when advised by the PCT or Private Health Insurance Doctors. Just have you on the list to bill NHS and never add value to your health. Feels like corporate fraud.
