I visited the clinic on Friday, upon arriving the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I sat and waited for my appointment and filled in a form. My appointment was 20 minutes late but these things happen with medical appointments. The nurse and dr that treated me was very professional, I was a bit upset but the nurse was lovely and comforted me. Could not fault this place. I was in contact beforehand and my messages were always answered promptly. Thank you olive health 😀

I had urgent vaccinations I needed before flying out and Olive were very quick to help. Excellent nurse who provided all the information I needed and made sure I had no doubts. Also excellent reception team 👍🏼

I've used this clinic for the second time now, to get my travel shots and the experience was very good. They've grown a lot since my first visit, which was a year ago and I'm happy I chose them over some other travel clinics. The receptionist was very friendly and the nurse was really helpful, also knows her way around very well so I was in very good hands. She also gave me some helpful health tips to follow during my trip, not to mention that they also have good prices. Overall, great service and will definitely use again in the future.

My first interaction with Olive was less than satisfactory and I did leave a review to reflect my disappointment. On reflection and the excetional service I got at my following appointment I have removed it.

Despite my negative review previously they did not hesitate to offer me an appointment. Once at the appointment the clinician explained exactly why the previous appointment was cancelled which I now believe was beyond their control.

My recent appointment was first class. The procedure didn't go exactly to plan which was entirely my fault. The owner was keen to complete the procedure and came to my home the next day to complete it. This was over an hour drive each way.

The clinic understood the importance of my procedure and the possible knock results on if I didn't complete it as required. The home visit which I considered above and beyond sucessfully completed my treatment.

I first used Olive Health & Travel Clinic back in the early days of covid. I used them for my daughters and I Fit to Fly tests. We received a professional and courteous service.

I used them again recently for my Day 2 and again the same professional and speedy service.

I really do recommend them, they're prompt and precise. Always nice women in that place. Can't fault them at all. I've used other places inbetween that haven't been as nice or efficient. Think I will stick to them from now on.

Very nice, clean and professional private travel and health clinic. I was very impressed with the level of service I received. Needed a travel vaccination in an emergency and they provided it without an appointment. Will definitely use their services again.

Great experience with them, the nurse was so lovely and friendly, explaining the whole procedure to me. The receptionist was lovely too, very kind and told me it was fine if i was late even thought i didn’t end up being late. Would recommend them to anyone 😊

We booked the PCR swab test on the Thursday evening as we were flying out on Saturday morning to Cyprus. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and alleviated my concerns. When we were there they were very professional and calm. We paid for the next day results and were advised it could be around midnight that we received the results but to keep an eye on our emails from around 8pm, well both came through around 5.30pm so gave us a lot more time to sort out the holiday (we had decided not to book until we had the results).
It was a bit of a mission to get to but I would definitely recommend this for the PCR test.

Great Clinic. Easy to communicate with, fast turnaround of PCR Tests results, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a very good health service in London. I arrived at the later part of the day for a jab and still found the clinic busy, but the staff ensured social distancing was observed and were very courteous and took proper time with appointments. Also pretty neat and tidy place. Highly recommended!

So please i was directed to this place. Was able to get an appointment the same day! The reception was very helpful and the doctor was very friendly and informative. Was able to answer all my questions and give me the best advice about what jabs to get and what they were for. Also let me know what products to buy in order to keep safe and healthy for my trip abroad.

100% Trustworthy. This is by far one of the best experiences we've had with PCR tests and travel, keeping reasonable prices and having a 24 hour customer service attention.

Just had my Kenalog injection at Olive Health Clinic Gants Hill. Great service there very friendly, polite the nurse was great including receptionist. For people that have very bad Hayfever and want to actually enjoy thier summer but constantly sneezing and eyes sore, 100% recommend this injection works within 24hrs it really works been taking the Kenalog injection for past 5 years when hayfever season arrives, highly recommend ditched the pills because they do not work for me. The clinic is not far at all for me aswel, and for people in living in london its just outisde Gants hill train station, people you should go there they do other services aswel 100% recommended and affordable. Will be going back there 5 stars. Hope this review will help someone who suffers from hayfever.

Totally recommending the reflexology sessions with Gosia! An hour of heavenly relax. Gosia is very professional and knowledgable, her positive attitude makes me feel very welcome. After few sessions I have noticed change in my sleep pattern, I feel a lot calmer and have plenty of energy to get me going all day. I have also noticed my joints are no as stiff as they were before I started reflexology. Gosia has magic in her hands! Thank you

I did reflexology for first time and I can say that was much better than I was expecting, I can't remember last time I was so relaxed and Gosia (the therapist) is really kind, I will be back.
