We have been here many times and it's my absolute favourite campsite. It's a little bit of heaven in Wales ❤ lovely spacious pitches, clean toilets and showers, washing up area with communial fridge and freezer, washing machines and dryers, great play area for the kids and a separate big field on the main camping field for playing games, private road down to the beach where you are pretty much guaranteed to see the seals. The owners are so helpful and friendly, it's just a lovely family run campsite in a perfect location to access all the attractions in north Wales. Oh and there is a breakfast van and the food is gorgeous ❤
If I could give more than 5 stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing location and camp site. Plots are spacious, with their own hard standing car parking space. Good facilities, including family bathroom which were all clean. Great site for kids, with play area and lots of nearby animals…. Bonus seals on the beach around 15 minutes walk from the main site.

Adequate facilities, private lane to beach is a bonus as well as the breakfast van onsite.
Will most definitely be back

Just spent 11 nights there in our caravan with 4 kids and had a great time! There is a park for the kids to play on would definitely recommend going down to see the seals at the beach. We loved it so much that we are coming back next year.

Absolutely brilliant camp site. The people who own and run the site are lovely, helpful and very approachable. A great nightly rate for what you get. We could not fault this campsite in any way. Great size pitches, not packed in like sardines. All EHU are round the edge of a large, reasonably flat field, so plenty of room in the middle for family cricket, or football, without danger of hitting cars or tents. Lovely and clean everywhere. Free WiFi! The facilities are modern, and clean. 9 showers (50p for 8 minutes), never had to wait for one to empty. There is a large family shower room, and a large disabled friendly shower room. 5 washing up stations, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryers (£3 a wash/dry), as well as 2 large fridge freezers. There is a big, well equipped park for the kids. A 20 minute walk down a track, or a 5 minute drive, there is a lovely cove, with a stoney beach, and crystal clear water... and seals basking on the rocks! The scenery around the site is beautiful, and we had some breathtaking sunsets. We will definitely be coming back 😁

Great friendly staff a lot of facilities. Fridges and freezers to use. Along with washers and dryers. The sea is a short walk way with seals in the water. Also a butty van on site if you don't want to make your own food.

It's hard not to like this site. It's clean, well run by the very friendly and approachable Annwen and a short walk down to a small inlet cove where every morning and night we are greeted by several Seals.
Its or second time here and quite honestly would find it hard not to keep coming. Albeit most of the places we visit are on the south side of the peninsula, we feel that the extra 15 mins travelling but staying at Nefyn is worth it.
One of the stand out features ( as well as the seals) is that they only pitch around the edges of the huge fields, giving massive play space in the middle. Most sites fill every part of their fields and leave one communal area in an adjacent field. Not here, there is the communal play area, but each field has plenty of middle ground space also.
Love it here, will keep coming too.

Lovely campsite in a gorgeous part of the world, facilities were great, clean toilets and showers, camped in main field and only short walk, owner is very accomodating and just all round lovely, short walk to own beach great for rockpools, easy distance to visit along the coast, we had lovely walks along the Coastal path which the site is right on, daughter says we will be back

What an amazing campsite! Just finished a week's visit and simply brilliant!
This campsite is a superb example of doing the simple things really well. Clean showers and toilets, quiet at night, big pitches, stable electric, large kiddie play areas and fields... the list goes on!
It is a working farm but I didn't mind hearing the cattle moo past as the farmer did his rounds in the morning! Considering it is on the coast I didn't hear any sea gulls or get woken up by a dawn chorus which made a massive difference!
The Peninsular is spectacular. Whistling Sands beach was superb as were quite a few others nearby!
This area of Wales has mountains and beaches for raw beauty that easily competes with Cornwall or Pembrokshire but has the added bonus of not having the tourist crowds!
Thanks to Annwen and family! We will definitely be back!

The warmest welcome.
The site has got the balance of everything just right..! It's big enough to have amenities, but small enough to be cosy and have that family feel.

The direct access to the cove is perfect and seeing the seals in the bay was just a huge bonus.

So safe for children and good facilities for them too.

Toilets, showers, washrooms, all spotlessly clean and lots of hot water. We will definitely be back!

Upto press site fine owner nice enough, strong WiFi for those who need a good connection, there is a play area for the little ones and a medium sized grassed area for kites, frizbees. Haven't tried the showers myself yet. The site can't be faulted the only negative is the hot water in the men's toilet area is non existent BUT boil a kettle problem solved. Will post pics later There is also a none working shower in gents toilet block it's the last 1 I completely forgot to mention to owners and this post

Great campsite and the free WiFi actually works too! A pleasant laid back atmosphere, good facilities and there's even a coffee and bacon butty van open in the mornings. There's a private shingle beach which is a very short drive or a 10 min walk down a stone track. The beach has a great rocky outcrop and both times we've been here we've seen at least 5 seals very close up. The rocks are also ideal for fishing off. We also brought a canoe and used it in the sheltered bay formed by the rocks. Excellent price for a caravan pitch with electric hook up. Would definitely recommend.
