Me and a friend were visiting the area from out of town, parked my car in a car park in order to take a nature trek and somehow got lost on our way back. Exhausted and with no one able to help us, I ended up asking the guy that runs this shop (he's called BP) and he gave me a set of directions. After 10 mins of following his directions we ended up near a totally different car park with all our energy and hope now well and truly lost. Suddenly out of nowhere I see BP pulling up in his car. Apparently he felt bad about giving me the wrong directions, closed his shop, jumped in his car and came looking for us. He then drove us to the right car park!! What an awesome guy!! Thanks BP you made this day forever memorable!

A great friendly shop. Popped in there today & was greeted by a lovely smile & a very polite helpful guy. A wide variety too. A credit to Lancing.
