What a fantastic place to visit to buy a caravan. John and his family are lovely. No hard sell but full of information and answers. Customer service is outstanding and I do not believe you will find better anywhere else. We love our new caravan. Thank you so much.

Bought a new VW camper from them with help from Eugene (he's brilliant nothings too much) but soon found it too small, they without question took it back and we agreed to buy a motorhome instead XGO dynamic. They fitted some extras that I required and they threw in a few free essentials.
Just got back from 10 days in Scotland and travelled over 2000 miles the motorhome was great comfy warm and loads of space ,home from home.It did have a few teething issues but John and his team got them sorted on my return.

Had a good selection of converted vans and csmpervans. I was more interested in the converted vans as they were a more stealthy option than the campers. The converted vans were relatively new VW Transporters fitted and converted in Germany to a very high standard. The customer service was great and the staff were very understanding and patient. Unfortunately, the dealership didn’t have the selection I was looking for as I was interested in a high top converted van but had a great selection of high quality conversions and campervans

Brought a caravan from evens caravan a month ago was done a 6 hour drive to get it the caravan was better than what he said it was a real gentleman to deal with and his dad wouldn’t go to no other dealers for my next one real good family 👍

Evans caravan & camping is a lovely family run business, whoever you deal with there whether it be Eugene or his dad (John) or brother (John) they all are very helpful, polite & nothing is too much trouble.
They have a range of new & used stock varying from caravans to camper vans/motorhomes, also a shop stocked with lots of caravaning/camping accessories.

Iv found all there caravans & camper vans/motorhomes to be of the highest quality & all genuine & looked after, they only sell quality stuff new or used.
When looking around there is no pressure sales just take your time to have a look and should you need assistance it is there but it's nice that you feel you can look at your own leisure/pace.

Also any warranty that they offer they stick by and will sort any issues very promptly in the unlikely event a problem occurs, nice to see that a business stands by their warranty that is offered.

I found it very helpful that if they don't have anything in stock that you might be looking for then if you leave your number anything that comes in they give you a call or message/WhatsApp to let you know what your looking for has possible come in, followed by multiple photos or even a video, which is a great idea.

Bought a second hand 695 from John and traded in my old Abbey Spectrum. Found they couldn't be helpful enough. My van is on seasonal they gave me plenty of time with no fuss after delivery to empty old van. The van I received had had the treatment as agreed ie cleaned and serviced. Very happy with our new to us van.

Also as part of our warranty they came out as our fridge started to play up, these things happen and with no fuss replaced the entire element.

I traded in my old caravan with Evans and bought a hobby from them. I explained the caravan I wanted and they kept me on a list and WhatsApp messaged me as soon as they had what I wanted with photos and videos. The whole transaction was fantastic. Spent time with me and explained everything about the van. They delivered the caravan to my site, helped with any issues with call outs to my site and have stored and serviced the caravan for years since. They are always happy to help and would recommend them to anyone.

We are seriously considering buying a motorhome and called in to Evans motorhomes. Although we have had to put a purchase on hold for a little while Eugene was so helpful and sent us updates on his stock throughout. Will def go back to see him

We decided to consider our first motorhome and called in to have a look at what Evans had in stock. Eugene showed us what he had in stock, and continued to update us on new stock, even WhatsApp us photos on a Sunday evening (all excellent). For various reasons we purchased elsewhere, but we will definitely look at what Eugene has when we come to change.

A quick note to say thank you to Eugene for his dedication to excellent customer service. Although, I didnt in the end purchase a campervan through him but someone else, as I lost out on a couple of viewings due to living too far away, I really appreciated his dedication, friendliness and politeness in keeping me informed about vehicles coming in and nothing was ever too much trouble. 2 winter ski seasons spent in the Italian Alps in a perfect secondhand motorhome bought from Evans who provided an excellent sales and after sales service. They also provided a terrific, safe and secure storage facility at reasonable cost compared to others. We have every confidence in recommending their overall service, maintenance and retail shop. Full marks ~ we will buy from them again!

Had a holiday booked to walk snowdon thought I would have had a few more days in north wales and came across Evans caravans. I took a walk around their stock seen some amazing deals! I was speaking to eugene on the day he answered all my questions I’m new to campervaning. I ended up buying a VW camper it’s absolutely stunning I fell in love with it they even took my ford focus off me for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone to travel from anywhere, I’m from the midlands and would always go back. Thanks a lot boys

I have call into Evans Caravan & Camping a few times looking for a automatic camper van really hard to find. They saved my number and remembered to call when one came into stock. A really friendly reliably company to deal with.

Pulled up with an issue with my motorhome, they couldn't do enough for me!
