I contacted Major Owen about a Honda electric lawnmower I'd found on their website to check if they actually had it in stock. This was a model now discontinued by Honda and very difficult to find - my other half didn't like our new one (Mountfield - too big and cord not long enough) and so she wanted the same model Honda that she'd had for over 20 years, still going but won't last much longer, so....

Ieuan was so very helpful and accommodating right the way through. As we are over 100 miles away I asked about shipment and he took my contact details to call me back, which he did the next morning.

Over a number of phone calls, voice messages and emails exchanging address details and asking about the warranty and spare blade, Ieuan was so prompt and friendly, and he bent over backwards checking and communicating, even giving us a Blue Light Card discount, my other half is a midwife. Also the courier service that they used even delivered the mower to us early the next morning following collection in the late afternoon/evening.

Altogether this was wonderful service from a very friendly and accommodating person. I'd thoroughly recommend Ieuan and Major Owen to everyone, whether near or far!

Excellent work. My old Honda ride on wasn’t running properly, but this place did a great job fixing it. I like that they check in on the work and costs before going ahead. Emma did a great job keeping me in the loop. I also bought my Stihl chainsaw and strimmer from here a few years ago after getting good advice. Recommended!

Good prices on reliable kit. Hard to go wrong with a company like that! Customer service is excellent, as is the aftercare which isn't some guy trying to flog you an extended warranty! Highly recommended place for serious garden management
