Great team at Toolstation Bootle. As a plumber I frequent many trade counters, and I can honestly say that I enjoy buying from here the most. Special mention of Peter the manager who is knowledgeable about the products and Michelle who greets you with a smile.

Superb range of products at reasonable prices. Easy online ordering & collection within minutes. Well organised during Covid-19 restrictions. Highly recommended.

Came here on Saturday 5th august 2023.

I was having a nightmare with a seized nut on my angle grinder. Bought a pin wrench from here and it snapped within 5 minutes. Don't remember any names as it was a long day but I just wanted to say thank you to the two gentleman and lovely woman for helping me out. One of the guys took the nut off for me and sold me a alternative that doesn't need a pin wrench. Fantastic, helpful service. All of them are golden 🤌 Saved me big time and because of them I was able to finish my job off!

I didn't buy anything,but the staff were very helpful in pointing me as to where I would get what I needed.

Sunday 27th November. Made an online order, went in half an hour later. The guy that served me (sorry don’t know his name) was so helpful and knowledgeable! He recognised that I had ordered the wrong pipes and corrected my order and saved me a trip back. Superb customer service, thanks Toolstation Bootle!!

The staff at this place are always helpful and don't leave you waiting while they chat amongst themselves unlike a other similar business around the corner

I had a bad experience with really poor customer service twice yesterday Sunday 13th December 2020 at Screwfix. I went to toolstation Bootle and was served by Zoe who was excellent. She helped with all the products I needed and did it with a great attitude and a smile. Thanks Zoe😀

Large multi trade builders supply store stocks large amounts of products from different trades ( too many to mention here ) if they don't stock it you probably don't need it, for collection or delivery regularly use it for my products.

Staff very helpful and patient with me. Friendly bunch. Very knowledgeable about products and helped me choose the right part for the job
