Caffe Cream

Had a very nice flat white after paddleboarding in the marine lake! Also enjoy their ice creams.Pity they don't stay open a little later in the evenings, I'm sure they would be busy with customers coming for a walk o the promenade/beach and then enjoying refreshments!

A lovely place with great views over the river and friendly staff. The coffee is good but beware !!!! Those cookies are bigger than they look... I struggled to finish mine.

The biggest sized cookies I've seen, various flavours and so many different flavours of Ice cream, pick your own milkshake flavour, dessert etc I had a Bueno cookie and a mint choc chip milkshake that I started off eating in, but ended up taking half of both with me to enjoy later.

i don’t normally leave google reviews but we visited today for an ice cream and a drink. the atmosphere was lovely and the ice creams were amazing. the service from Luke was second to none, he really elevated our experience at the restaurant. will be returning

The food was delicious and you 100% get your moneys worth here. The service was quick and they were all very friendly. It's a great place to go to have ice cream with your family and friends. I would recommend coming here.

All 5 stars, LOADS of options, can be a little overwhelming, but they are all delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful, as well as being very patient when choosing options. Chairs are comfortable indoors, unsure about outside as I haven't sat outside before, but would recommend this!

Caffe Cream still has the best ice cream in north Wirral, omg the raspberry ripple was divine.
The service as always was excellent, although I have only given 4 stars, as the way the staff have to serve you can be a tad slow, not their fault btw, but awesome staff.
The atmosphere has a very friendly vibe and is relaxing.
Would I recommend Caffe Cream?

Took the young pup to the beach for the first time and came across Caffè Cream on the walk back to the car, ordered a Black Forest Hot Chocolate and a Spice Pumpkin Latte as it was Halloween along with two huge cookies, to add to the massive sugar rush, service was spot on, young lady behind the counter came out with a bowl or water for Eira (puppy) which was welcomed as she had taken a shine to tasting the sand and salt water, if your in the area highly recommend

Lovely coffee, cookies & fabulous ice cream.
Staff are ok but don’t seem very happy in their work. That being said they do seem rushed off their feet. Maybe they need a little help.
Always seems busy.

Generous ice cream portions and lovely coffee atmosphere not good as almost empty.!! worth a visit.

Ice-cream is superb, staff are great, the place can get absolutely packed on hot days but the staff never flinch even with the kids getting one scoop and can't make up their mind, also do some food and it's a great place to meet up for a coffee, indoor and outdoor seating available, I'll get some pictures next time,

Only had a coffee here but it was a good one, service was a little slow but the staff were very friendly 👍🏻....

Just had a coffee and toasted teacakes but toasted perfectly and lashings of butter. Nice hot coffee too.

Amazing array of ice cream flavours, cones and toppings! Absolutely delicious! Just make sure you leave time to decide which flavourS! 😂

Just had a brilliant breakfast! Fabulous food and nice service. Only negative would be the sausage but that's being picky.

Best ice cream place around. We have visited other cafes in this chain, but find the New Brighton one most inviting and organised.
The wait is never too long and the staff are always friendly.
Would love a sign with pictures of the available ice cream flavours high up, so the kids can decide what they want before we get called.

I love it here. I have coffee and egg custard most days. Staff are very friendly and nothing is a problem. I sit outside looking at the sea. I can thoroughly recommend the food, coffee and view.

Beautiful place, loving calm relaxed atmosphere with wide choice of ice creams, snacks and drinks on the coast front close to beach and amusements and fair i highky reccomend trying here .
