Our engineer Josh gave us great service, he quickly identified the problem with our washing machine and fixed it. He also gave us tips on how to keep the machine clean and was friendly and professional throughout. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs fast and friendly service.

I have just had my oven cleaned by Luke, whom works for "Homecare Appliance Repair and Service.
He stripped the oven down as much as he could, and took all the glass out the door (which in the past I was told couldn't be done). So I was very pleased.
He did a fantastic job, and also worked in a clean and tidy manor.
He was also very polite, and we had a nice chat while he worked.
Would highly recommend.

Lee and Paul are both brilliant, lovely and did everything they could to get our washing machine fixed ASAP! We signed up to the £7 monthly deal with them as advised by Paul and so glad we did because it would have cost us a fortune otherwise.

Great service today from Andrew and Tom, very friendly, efficient and took care of the place. I only usually get my oven and 1 other item cleaned with the payment plan but was happy today to upgrade it and add some more items.

The guys are so knowledgeable about their job and so quick too! I'm hoping to get my hands on the fancy gamechanger of a hoover/mop 🤣 (just as soon as I can afford it!)

Homecare recently performed a routine annual service of our gas boiler. All the arrangements were smooth and efficient including making a small adjustment to the start time. John the engineer was very friendly and clearly very competent. He explained what he was doing as well as chatting in a friendly way. The price was right. I felt confident in signing up for a boiler care plan and was not pressurised to do so.

I had my double oven and hob cleaned today by Homecare - Andrew and another young man (sorry I forgot his name) were very friendly , but business orientated! They have done an excellent job , my cooker is like brand new again, fantastic job!! You wouldn’t know they had been, except for the shining cooker!! Thank you so very much.

Had my Dyson cleaner serviced by Gary, of HomeCare Service & I can honestly say it has made such a difference to the way the cleaner works, best service it has had over the years. Gary was very efficient, polite & obviously knows his stuff when it comes to servicing machines. Can highly recommend.

Excellent service from John. I felt comfortable having John in the house; he came across as trustworthy and friendly. The service was smooth and positive. John was focused and professional whilst being warm and pleasant. I am very happy to provide feedback on such a good experience. I’m sure John deserves a pay rise!

Gary was extremely friendly and helpful during his visit, with a vast amount of information provided about the vacuum itself, as well as other products and services we could access via homecare. He also gave valuable advice regarding further appliance purchases through himecare which we will be looking into in the near future

Connor was very thorough servicing both my Dyson DC24 and my cordless Panasonic explaining things as he went along. Plus he was training Matthew and this all went very well for him too. Both my machines are like new so thank you very much.
