Fantastic for a quiet camping holiday. Huge camping field with free spacing so you can choose where to pitch.
Great views over the bay. Facilities are excellent and the owners friendly.
The coffee shop on site is a bonus and serves great coffee and cakes.
Owner allows small camp fires on site and provides small burners and logs for your use.
Overall highly recommended and we’ll certainly be returning.

Excellent campsite in beautiful location. Can get windy on the cliff-top camping field, but much more sheltered in "stargazer" Bell tents. Owners are the friendliest and most helpful and welcoming we've ever come across.

Fantastic location. Got a pitch on the cliff edge with the most amazing views out to sea. Owners of the site are really friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed at Easter weekend, the site wasn’t over booked and there was plenty space between pitches. Lovely walk along the beach to Porth Neigwl. Facilities are a little bit of a walk from the main field if you are pitched towards the far end but wasn’t an issue for us. The toilets and showers are nice & clean. Overall, loved our stay here. Just a note which other reviews have commented on is to keep an eye on the weather, in particular the forecast for wind as it is quite exposed. We reluctantly came back a day early as it was forecast to be high winds on our last night and didnt want to damage our rooftent setup. Definitely want to return to Treheli farm again in future!

This site is a basic site, which is perfect for the location. it's very clean.
The owners are friendly, and both Mark and Alison are there if you need any advice on where to go.
The view is amazing over the bay, where the dolphins play.
The walk to the beach is a tad steep.
Ohh we will be returning

Great hosts, great scenery, a little corner of heaven....
My family and I have just returned from 3 gorgeous days at Treheli. The weather was perfect, blue sky, sunshine topped with lush sandy beaches. The access to the beach might be difficult for some but is achievable depending which route, but the reward is stunning, a mile or so of untouched deserted beach, with clear gorgeous sea water.
The camp itself has everything you need for a basic no fuss camping, hot showers, clean well maintained toilets and lovely wash area. The cafe is a lovely touch when you just want to sit and take in the views. The hosts are just superb, nothing is to much trouble, and they are tirelessly buzzing around making sure you are ok and taken care of aswell as constantly cleaning the facilities. This for me was a little slice of heaven, the clear views of Snowdonia in the distance with blue skies and beautiful sea. Pwllheli and Abersoch are a very short distance if you fancy trip out, the beaches again are great, I personally preferred Pwllheli as it is far less crowded and with great mountain views. I can't speak highly enough of Treheli, it was the first break in a while since I've felt totally chilled. If it's party times you're after then go elsewhere, this is is not for you, but if its peace and quiet you're after then happy days. Thanks again for a lovely stay

We stayed 14th and 15th July. Unfortunately high winds and rain also decided to turn up at the same time, but we still made the most of it. We met with friends who had hired a bell tent on the cliff top, but being to exposed this was no longer an option so the helpful and friendly owners Mark and Alison, offered a free upgrade to a stargazer bell tent in a more sheltered position and we were able to move our camper van closer to the so we could easily socialise. Thanks Mark and Alison, you certainly made our weekend, in your beautiful and atmospheric location. The great flatwhites in your cafe we're also a treat.
We hope to be back to catch some sunshine next time!
Thanks,
Chris and Davina.

We had a fantastic time at Treheli Farm! We stayed for 7 nights having chosen to stay an extra night over the BH. The location is amazing, overlooking Hells Mouth. Totally stunning. It’s very much a wild camping experience, with some basic amenities. The showers and toilets were very clean and ample for what we needed. We met some lovely families and will definitely be back next year to do it all again! Thank you Mark, Alice and family for a fantastic stay.

Great place to rest, awesome view. We stayed in the tent enjoying the sound of the sea. The facilities are a bit further from the camp site, but it is clean there. The owners are very friendly.

We had a great stay at Treheli farm. My daughter and I stayed in one of their Bell Tents. They sleep 6 so We had lots of room with a double air bed each plus camping table, chairs etc.
The view was as beautiful as on the website.
It wasn't an easy walk down onto the beach but achievable.
The showers, toilet and washing up block were all clean and nice to use.
The coffee and cakes in the cafe were an extra treat on the campsite and also somewhere to charge devices or use WiFi, ideal to check in at home or make a call.
Alice, Mark and family were super nice. They ran the campsite perfectly and we're always around if needed.
We explored the local towns and Alice gave us tips on less busy places to visit.
This campsite is perfect for everyone, couples, young or older families

We will definitely visit again.

Absolutley amazing campsite, very clean, well run and the views are incredible!
Dog friendly with a really nice quiet beach only a stones throw away.

A big well done to the owner for creating possibly one of the best campsites I've stayed at! 100% we will be back!

Lovely campsite and location. Enjoyed the piece and quiet and space. Got windy a few nights so make sure any tents are well setup! Basic facilities but perfect for what we were after. Thanks.

Mark was nipping about on his buggy checking in with us and the other campers throughout the weekend, really nice bloke and genuinely interested in how we were and if we needed anything.
New toilet and shower block is very smart and the communal mop and bucket encourages a clean as you go routine after showering.
The hospitality and the facilities are absolutely ideal, but in fairness they could have been shocking and we wouldn't have cared because the views and the beach just down the cliff are absolutely spectacular.
We will be back, more than a few times!!

Exceptional campsite. Warm showers and actual toilets. Mark the owner is a really nice and helpful guy, he keeps the number of pitches down too so the site isn’t crowded. At £30 a pitch I think this site is great value for money. The access to the beach isn’t easy, but this just adds to the secluded feel of the site. Clear water and lovely beach. Mark also has fire pits and wood available to hire, which I thought was a great addition to our stay! So good I came back a second time in as many weeks. Thanks Mark!

Treheli Farm is an absolute gem, not only for its absolutely stunning location but also because of Mark's vision for this special place. Relaxed and very spacious even when full, simple but super facilities and views to die for. Mark is a super host - available and friendly and determined to keep his wonderful site music free so campers can just enjoy the sound of waves! We'll definitely be back and look forward to visiting the soon-to-be opened coffee shop!

Stunning views from this peaceful and friendly campsite. Field large so plenty of space, relaxed atmosphere yet good attentiveness from the owner Mark. My dog loved the beach and all the local walks. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

The site is just a scramble away from the sandy beach, which is really long and almost deserted. The water is warm and calm so great for swimming.

You’re also only a few minutes walk from the National Trust Plas yn Rhiw which has a tea room, car park and walks - in addition the campsite is right on the coastal path and benefits from the shuttle bus service.

A peaceful and relaxing site - great for getting away from it all. Highly recommended.

We went to Treheli about a year and a bit after we'd intended to because of lockdown and it was totally worth the wait.

We were a small group of a couple of families with children aged 3 to 13 and we had an absolute ball.

The site is amazing. Right above a long gentle beach which is an easy scramble down from the Campsite. The views are stunning and the beach is really quiet - literally had it to ourselves most of the time. Rock pools at one end and the sea was like a millpond all the way through our stay.

Mark and Co are running a really considerate site - Facilities are basic, cleaned well and good - as they say on the web site, a pitch is a pitch and they make sure the site isn't crowded - they don't let big parties on and they limit numbers, so everyone has a chilled out time. Our little ones were really safe and the whole site is very friendly. Mark and his dog are round the site very regularly, and they're always up for a chat to see how it's going. They were trying out some new little ideas and tweaks when we were there and were really appreciative of the feedback - it's clear the site is becoming a really special experience with lots of people we spoke to planning to come back again - the site is at the relaxed and chilled out end of the camping vibe - if you want to party hard and have loud music till early hours, then I'd go else places. But if you want a friendly, natural chilled out experience with some of the best all round views I've seen and proximity to the sea like I've never seen, come here, you won't be disappointed - the natural beauty of the place and the location is second to none. The bell tents look amazing and we're looking at one for our return visit later this year.
