Went here a couple weeks back for a new key for my BMW e46 and a replacement battery on another key. Brilliant service. It was late in the evening when I discovered I lost my keys. Smartkey were the second company I contacted. The other one still hasn't got back to me. They came the next day. Sorted me out with a new key. The job took longer than we hoped. This was through no fault of the two gentlemen who came. Make sure you have all you paperwork. It will help everyone. Brilliant customer service and communication as the key fob on my smart car had stopped working. They let me know what time they would be with me and kept me informed on how far there were away from me. So pleased that I never had to be towed by AA man from London to Birmingham.
