Working in clinical practice, it's so clear how one glitch in the 'process' can make everything grind to a halt.

Eschmann Technologies Ltd recently supported us enormously in delivering an Autoclave for over Christmas while our other one was broke with no mechanics working to fix it.

Without the loan autoclave we would have been without sterile instruments for essential operations and surgery that was undertaken over the Christmas period. A situation that could have put is in a very tricky situation should a emergency arise and we didn't have necessary sterile instruments to deal with it appropriately.

Great service and support - if anyone is looking for a new autoclave and support service, we would certainly recommend.

Very poor customer service.
I sincerely hope I’m the only dental practitioner unable to book a service/repair to a piece of equipment because no one that I’ve dealt with can be bothered to do their jobs.
Almost 3 months on I’m being told the details I’ve sent have to be entered on their computer system. Someone is sick. Someone forgot to deal with my emails. But...I’ll receive a document within 2 weeks so I can sign, send back, then pay...and then someone will book the service/repair...that is on the premise that it won’t be forgotten again.
Appalling, how does a company such as this expect to service the dental industry. Seriously.
