Robbie was extremely professional and efficient. He communicated upfront on when to expect him, and he stuck to it. And once he arrived his service was impeccable - he was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I have saved his details in case I need him again in future and would have no problem recommending him to anyone else.

My dad had a problem with his car keys, he had already replaced the battery at a shop nearby. Unfortunately, the keys were still not working. Rob was extremely helpful and friendly, he checked the keys and was able to identify the problem. Can’t thank him enough and would recommend his service to anyone! Many thanks Rob!

I text Rob really late night after having a mild panic, as I had lost a colleagues car keys! He was prompt when responding, and really friendly from the get go. He came to my place of work and had my issue sorted in a short space of time. Really nice guy, with really reasonable prices, would highly recommend and will definitely be in touch when I inevitably lose keys again haha!

Great service Robbie gave me and time and was to the minute.
Checked alarm out if it was just due to key or other issue.for me to decide if I wanted to still go ahead with new key. As it turn out was key .

Brilliant service, highly recommended. I had a broken key, and also my ignition was broken, and to top it off I was parked over my customers drive, so really needed my van fixed. These guys are great. They responded quickly, were great communicators and kept a sense of humour when faced with the impossibly tight lock on my door! Would definitely use again, and no doubt will have to.

So I lost my only car key somewhere in my stables or a very muddy field. I cannot be without my car as I use it every day for work.
After speaking to a few different companies where I received very different prices & some said it could take up to 2 weeks ….. I spoke with Robbie 20 minutes later he arrived at my very wet muddy location.
In no time at all he had 2 new keys working & my car back up and running 🥳
He is a very pleasant, polite helpful man.

Couldn’t recommend Robbie more. We were locked out our house with the keys left in the lock on the inside and within 30 minutes of calling, Robbie arrived and no more than 10 minutes later he had us back in the house with the keys in had. Was a first class and friendly service, at a really good cost too. Top man.

Robbie came out twice late on a Friday night to help my elderly relative with dementia who had locked herself out of her house.
I can not recommend this family run company enough. They have been so kind and went out of their way to help.

Called Mr carney and he was able to come to me straight away. Brilliant service very polite and quick too he also made sure everything was working correctly before he left. The price was fair compared to others that couldn't attend the same day.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced!! Robbie is incredible. For context I locked myself out of my fiat500X my battery was dead so my Eletric key wouldn’t connect and my only manual lock door handle was broken! I didn’t know what to do I was worried about paying for a locksmith to open my car for them not to be able to do it (27 y/o girl with no clue about cars!) Robbie got the job done within 15 minutes and then went out of his way to try and start get my car battery by connecting it to his car- he was there for a further 2 hours! In the rain going above and beyond for me. I was overwhelmed by his generosity and incredibly kind gesture. He even sent me links to the car parts I need to get as i was finding it too confusing. He’s super professional, fast at his job and very kind, trustworthy and honest individual. Thank you so much Robbie you made my week !!!

Highly recommend Rob for lock replacements - he’s friendly, very knowledgeable & completes the work to a high standard at a fair price. He’s done two jobs for us now (upgrading to 3* locks) and I’d certainly book him again the next time I need my locks changing.

I was in a bind on a Sunday having foolishly attempting to fix a broken key fob for my Astra myself, a quick call to Carneys and it was all fixed early that evening, saving me from having to rely on public transport for work Monday morning! Very pleased with the service recieved highly recommended

Enquired about getting some keys for my car in the morning. Carneys came out by 12 and replaced my car keys within half an hour. So quick and efficient. The locksmith who came was so friendly and is a great asset to the company. Highly recommend if you need car keys quickly!
