First time coming here due to it being my daughter’s birthday and it was lovely. The staff were friendly and they even came over with a slice of cake for my daughter and sang happy birthday which was very generous. We ordered the mac n cheese which was absolutely delicious, the chicken burger which tasted great, potato skins were delicious, the hunters chicken which was very tasty and the trailer trash pie which was delicious too. We ordered strawberry milkshakes, banana milkshake and a cream soda which was all were delicious and refreshing. The place it self is well decorated and organised. All together the experience was a great one definitely recommend going and would definitely come back.

Drove past the Custom Cafe so many times, always wondering what it's like, and now I regret driving past that many times without going in. The look and feel of the place is a rarity. There's no place like this around which adds to its atmosphere. We went for breakfast, and we weren't let down. The food was fantastic, and I can say that because I have a picky son when it comes to food, and he cleaned his plate. We're going back next time for the burgers!!

Great cafe, fascinating memorabilia, rockabilly music and motorbike theme. Staff wearing cool "custom cafe" t-shirts which you can buy. Varied breakfast and lunch menu with limited bar available. If you're in the area we would recommend a visit.

Visited last weekend for breakfast, the place was busy and popular with bikers. Food ordering was simple and the service quick but wasn't particularly impressed with the food. Had a breakfast that had all the makings but failed to deliver on quality, bacon overcooked, fried egg yolks solid and hash browns too crispy. Also felt that the price was too much for the quality of food presented. Sorry folks, I don't mean to be unfair and the experience will not put me off trying another visit, hopefully a better experience than this visit.

What a little Gem this place is, the decoration and atmosphere was delightful, we picked the right time to visit as they had a live band playing, considering we were only a few metres away the noise level was perfect. The staff were very friendly and the food was perfect. We are already planning on a revisit with some friends.

Came for breakfast this morning and left full and happy!
We sat outside under the porch, and the weather was getting very hot but we were very comfortable under there and out the sun.
Food was great, music was good and the staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back when we are this way again

Having read the reviews we thought it was worth riding down from Sittingbourne on 14/09/23 to check this cafe out. What an amazing place! Great memorabilia, very friendly staff and great food.
Highly recommended, not just for bikers, but families would enjoy a visit here.
Will definitely be visiting again.

It is a fantastic place for bikers. Great decorations. The food is fantastic, the service is great. On busy nights, there may be a bit of waiting, but it's well worth it. Live band playing, fire on cold evenings makes it even a better place. Highly recommended

Haven't been here since ce pre covid and was a bit dubious after reading some reviews. But it was totally fabulous. The food was hot and delicious, the servers were all friendly helpful and welcoming. I would have given 10 stars of that was an option. The weather wasn't right for eating outside but the outside area is just gorgeous

We spotted this cafe on the road and decided to turn around because we were intrigued by its American vibes... and I'm so glad we did! Incredible atmosphere, both inside and outside, with bikers and USA themed decorations, and the food was just perfect! Really good price, big portions, tasty meals and very attentive and friendly staff. If you're driving along the A259 make sure to stop here. We'll be definitely coming back!

What a find. The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding! Came for breakfast but the lunch menu looks equally as good. Live music on a Thursday - bring your motor bike any day of the week! 🏍🛵

Nice food and staff. Very friendly and helpful. They coukd do with better planning as things were coming yo our table that wasnt meant for us but things happen. The food for a diner was what I'd expect and they were welcoming of large groups of people amd cars. Well priced. I forgot to take pictures of the food as I enjoyed it that much. I'd definitely go again. Recommended.

Had American Breakfast and it was delicious. Had the best filter coffee as well. Staff were nice and friendly.

Really felt like you're in an American diner.

Thanks again for your service. Next time I'm in the area, I'll pop by.

Where to starts, we was greeted in the carpark by a Marshal who helped situ the van into a parking space.
We then made our way inside and was greeted at the door by a staff member who promptly got us seated with menus.
During the 5-10 minutes we were waiting for the order to arrive, we marvelled at the beautiful decor within the establishment. The café had a very American feel to it, but obviously a biker café (home to a charter possibly).

Food was served promptly, was hot, homemade and very nice! Due to the selfish acts of others, payment was made before food was served. All this is due to a few people in the recent weeks making a run without paying. 😡🤬🤬

All in all I give 5 ☆ for the whole experience as the staff were lovely and the whole experience seemed very customer focused - good job! 👍

Nice place to have a breakfast or coffee. Free parking, american style waitressing.

Dogs welcomed. Very nice decorations. The milkshake looks good.
