I had an issue with a product I received, after talking to the dealer I got it from for a week and not really getting anywhere, I called up vibe and within a couple days I dropped off my defective product and received a new working one. Very easy and efficient to deal with.

6x9s failed after 6 months. After inspection it looked like a child made the connections inside the speakers which failed. Amp also failed in warranty time & customer service tried putting the blame on me. Whoever is in charge of customer service knows absolutely nothing. Not even once offered any sort of replacement.

So I bought this kit for my Ford Transit Custom, firstly it had faulty tweeter and capacitor, secondly although the say designed for your vehicle its slightly false there is adaptor and connection to make it work, Focal Ford do system for £19 more same spec and will swap straight over, the customer service is so so poor and instructions and rubbish. Shop round power base and focal are designed for ford custom and improved
