When I reached out to dgm locksmiths he was at my house within 3 minutes as he’s a local business. Located the problem and was all fixed within half an hour of me originally phoning him. Quick, easy and professional job 👍

The service was amazing. They really went above and beyond and tried to not change the lock in order to not charge me any extra. The job was very complicated due to the high security lock installed on my door. But at the end the job was done, I was so relieved to get back into my apartment and the guy performing the job explained to me everything about the technical details. Highly recommended!

LONG READ BUT WORTH IT....One weekend, evening I called Garby when I had an emergency! My toddler had shut the door and locked it when his father had just opened the door to throw the garbage out. Initially, his father called the fire service. They arrived and didn't want to do "damage to the handle," so they were drilling the lock. We were there for what felt like a lifetime (20 mins). I googled local emergency locksmith as the wait was just heart-wrenching for, and also, my toddler hates the drilling sound. As a mother, I had to remain calm, but my heart was racing 1000bpm. Garcys company came up as the first contact. I gave him the address, and he put it into the sat nav. I was mixing up my words out of panic and frustration. He said he was 20 minutes away, and I told him he was too far and left it. I called other numbers; the locksmiths that answered were on other jobs. Garby called back and said he is on the way and is 10 minutes away at this point, so he had already made way while it was calling around. He got to us, and at this point, the fire service were still drilling the lock even though they had all the tools on them. Garby had his picking tools and used the fire services tools to break the lock and handle. LITERALLY GOT IN WITHIN 3 MINUTES! Thankfully, my son was far away from the door. He must have ran to hide under the duvet cover when he heard the drilling noise by the fire service for the past 45 minutes! I was annoyed that the fire service didn't just break the lock within 3 mins. We wouldn't have had to wait a whole hour. Garby confirmed they had all the tools to do so! So, learn from experience guys call Garby, explain the situation, and make sure he is out with all his tools. If your child is in distress, YES call the fire service. They'll only break the lock if the child is in distress. Garby was a God send that dark evening. Honestly, he is the most kindest, sweetest gentleman. He is honest and trustworthy, Very rare these days. I have saved his number, and I have shared his number with friends and family. This is an experience I will always remember for life. I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for what you did that evening, and God bless you and your family!

I was charged 75 pounds the price I got on the phone was the only price to pay honest gentleman took less than 5 minutes my lock wasn't damaged he came out very fast he said 20 min but was there before 20 thank you so much

I had a problem with my home front door.

I got home late and discovered the problem very late at night. I didn't realise how late it was at the time. I called expecting to get an answer machine.
The phone was picked up, I received good advice. I didn't really believe that he would actually come to the house the next day - a Sunday - at 9am as promised...he did !!!

Friendly person, knowledgeable, very helpful and did a really good job. I never felt cheated - in fact he went out of his way to make it clear that he's entirely honourable and trying to save his customers money.

I would 100% call him again and I will definitely recommend to friends, family and coworkers.

Our front door lock stopped working. DGMlocksmiths answered our call straight away, gave use an estimate and fixed the problem within 2 hours of us calling (all on a Saturday bank holiday weekend). Really friendly and knowledgeable guy. Will definitely recommend!
