I came to Reem Jewelers last year where Jeffery the owner of this establishment repaired my wife’s gate bracelet. Because of his excellent work and service which he provided, I decided to return with two other items for him to repair. Jeffery is so helpful and a true gentleman, he repaired them for me on the spot while I watched and waited for my items. Again he provided a first class service, I would recommend to anyone.

Just came here to speak about my Watch and some adjustments to my timepiece.

Jeffrey is a fantastic proprietor, and I could not recommend him enough, a smart, incredibly well dressed and professional man. Very clear, and well spoken and extremely knowledgable about his products. I actually love the shop with the stuff they have in there!

I only needed a replacement battery for a watch but regardless of being a small transaction, the service from Jeffrey was first class, extremely polite and possibly the best dressed man in Camberley! There are also some excellent pieces in stock. Highly recommended.

A really first class service.

Beyond rude, I called and asked about resizing ring service which I was told they do.

After I asked if I could get a more or less cost of resizing, a gentleman with a condescending tone asked me How can we give you an estimate without seeing the ring, and started to tell me off for even asking that question.

I therefore thanked him for his time and ended the call, later I called a couple of other jewellers in the nearby area and every single one of them was able to give me either exact amount (after asking specific questions about the ring) or provide me with estimate (more or less) without any issues.

Overall, rude, not helpful at all, making Potential customer feel like an idiot for asking a question. If you for some reason unlike your competitors are unable to give an estimate price for service you provide you can inform that in a polite way inviting and encouraging customer to visit your store.

But I guess with that attitude you don’t want any new business so I believe it will be no loss for your store that you missed out on my business.

Have a lovely day and if you decide to start getting more business during the current cost of living crisis I suggest re-think your attitude towards potential customers.

AVOID! Ripped off my father and when we asked if we could buy them back they denied all knowledge and were very aggressive over the phone! Took advantage of an old man who had just lost his wife! AVOID!
