Speaking for the first time with Peter tonight in setting up our will was like talking to a family member I’ve known for years. Totally professional in his approach, every concern answered and the whole application/procedure simplified but to the highest standard for such an important document. After procrastinating for many years I finally have the peace of mind of getting my will sorted. Peter (Harrison) was great, he went through the whole process in an extremely professional and friendly manner, making the whole process straightforward and simple for me. He explained implications of inheritance tax and the benefits of Trusts in an easy to understand way. I really don't know why I have put it off for so long; I just needed to decide what I wanted to happen after the event of my death and leave it with Peter to do all the hard work.

Our journey started 2 years ago with Jamie Shannon while we where looking for life insurance. To our surprise Jamie came up with a fantastic idea to remortgage our property first. We discovered PJA through a Groupon offer and it’s fair to say we weren’t sure what level of cover/ service/ product we were going to receive due to the discounted rate. However, we are completely overwhelmed with how wonderful the whole experience has been and would highly recommend them even at their regular going rate!
Chris has conducted telephone appointments with us and explained everything from back to front. His knowledge is vast and he was so very helpful. When I was hesitant to ask ‘silly’ questions, he reassured us that there was no such thing and gladly revisited anything we were unsure on. Chris has been extremely accommodating offering us evening apts after we’ve put the baby to bed!

As a single mum I wanted something put in place for my children for peace of mind. I suffer with severe anxiety and was worrying so much about the process of doing a will having never done one before and not knowing what to expect. the gentleman that I spoke to, Gary, was so lovely! made me feel at ease straight away when he rang to book an appointment, he explained clearly what we would be going through, what info I needed etc, he was very patient, very understanding, no judgment made what so ever. He rang to rearrange my booking and was very apolgetic but kept to the new appointment and time with no fail. He explained things to make sure I understood, he was very helpful when I asked questions and didn't make me feel like I was taking up is time with unnecessary questions, taking his time to assure me on what's what, was like talking to a friend iv known for year and now I have the biggest relief to know that I have this will put in place.
