Fabulous stay at Woodpecker Cottage. Location is stunning with amazing views just up the lane. Cottage well fitted out with everything you need. Lovely and cosy. Owners very helpful and accommodating.

We only stayed two nights, but the location was beautiful. Comfortable beds and the cottage was fully equipped with everything you need. The drive up was narrow and steep, and a little scary the first couple of times, but the location made up for it, and the rewards were fantastic views and the feeling of isolation for a perfect night's sleep. Very dog friendly too. If we return to this part of Wales, we'll certainly stay here again.

Great place to stop. All facilities good, and has good Internet. Well worth a visit.

Excellent accommodation in a fantastic location. Very good value for money; spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Good WiFi connection and a friendly welcome each & every time. Couldn't ask for anything more... just got back from our sixth visit here!

Really nice place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Had a really friendly welcome from the owner with cake & beer in the fridge. About a 10-15 minute walk down the, at times, very steep hill into Llangollen, a bit longer walking all the way back up but good fun. Scenery around & about is absolutely stunning, well it is North Wales after all so wouldn't expect anything less. We had a lush week. The photo was an early morning shot from our bedroom window.

Really lovely cottage well equipped, comfortable bed and good bed linen. Pleasant host.

I would deffo stay again. It was lovely clean warm and cosy! There were the essentials there so no need for milk or tea etc. It was such a quiet location and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Lovely cottage, nice to have local beer in the fridge for arrival and Welsh cakes on the table. Great Base for exploring the area!
