Spine Plus Woodford | Osteopaths | Physio | Specialist Therapies for all muscle & joint problems since 2014

I arrived into Spine plus at Woodford about 4 weeks ago, with excruciating lower back pain, within the first session with Louise using varied methods of acupuncture, manipulation therapy the pain was alleviated. Louise explained everything clearly and described each stage of the treatment and checked I was okay through out. Four sessions later I am pain free, still continuing with my treatment. I would highly recommend Louise and the spine plus Clinic, the service and expertise was brilliant!

I was recommended Juan to treat my plantar faciatis in my foot. After talking to me Juan offered shock wave therapy. I cannot lie it was quite painful but I persevered and am now almost pain free. He put me at ease and explained the procedure. Excellent service.

I was recommended to visit the clinic for an appointment with Juan Bedoya by my wife Nicole Bailey-Barker to help treat my lower back pain issues which he described as degeneration changes and tendonitis in my hip and gluts muscle. I developed a shoulder problem with rock climbing and I went to see Juan at the clinic. Juan assess me and ask me some questions, he started my treatment with acupuncture following by manipulation to release some knots deep into my shoulder. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and for giving me many advices.
