Absolutely love staff from this store especially older security man who is very very friendly and polite always welcome you with smile

We have been in here a few times and love how many toys and games they have. It is rare to be able to visit such a large and clean toy store, it is much better than just buying from Amazon and not being able to see and try out products. They also have a lot of display of prams and big baby items such as cots, mattresses etc..
The staff we have encountered have always been friendly. Today Tom and Michael helped us and they were very attentive.
We did click and collect and that was simple and fast( don’t forget to take ID). They also helped us with some lego queries and we purchased a few toys in store(our inner child were released :)

Fabulous selection of everything you could want, toys, board games, outdoor games, ride on vehicles, video games, jigsaw puzzles, birthday cards... a real superstore! Spacious, clean, friendly and useful staff (especially in the video games counter). Hard to avoid. Competitive prices although not always the cheapest. Great car park too.

Great range, lovely staff and free parking. Very helpful with a recent bike purchase that needed spare parts, which they happened to keep in store. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall it's a great shopping experience here. Thanks to all!

Visited to look for a baby bouncer. The shop staff where very knowledgeable, listing the pros and cons of each product. The shop assistant Charlotte took an hour with helping us. Brilliant customer service. Will be back for future purchases

Bought my son the complete set of paw patrol mission paw ... of course not , two items were missing . Rider and his skateboard, and Skye and her new vehicle. I bought the new paw patroller mission vehicle , all for a pretty penny I might add , but no Skye or rider .......... 😭 then a lady called Sabrina .comes and saves the day and goes out of her way , yes , beyond the call of duty and finds my items by going all out and literally going on a “ mission “ to search the entire store for two items which she found . Saved the day . And I will be left looking the hero to my little boy , but the real hero is Sabrina who is the real hero . Thank you Sabrina . Daniel .
