Really good for a couple of hours not sure it would take any longer to go around cost £5.50p per adult they do have a small lift for disabled people staff very friendly and polite wouldn't hesitate to recommend for a couple of hours

We came upon this by chance so only had time for a quick walk upto the old windmill (pictured). I'd love to go back though as it was quite an extensive site with a heritage centre on it for information. The views were stunning.

Fascinating and beautiful place to visit. Quarried grounds exposes stunning colours of rock, smattered with heather and other plants.

Friendly welcome, fascinating history not just of the Copper Mine here, but of copper's role in the Industrial Revolution and how it fuelled Swansea's growth and international reputation. The setting itself is worth the visit and there is a great take-away kiosk doing coffees, ice cream and a range of reasonably priced hot food as you leave the public car park towards the Copper Visitor Centre. There's also a cafe overlooking the harbour if you walk on past the Centre.

Worth a visit with the family. Priced reasonably for a hidden gem. Our kids (aged 6 and 10) enjoyed the copper and the maritime museum. Lovely lay out with dressing up and a cute art nook area.
Knowledgeable and welcoming staff and the café had lovely cakes.

What a bizarre, fascinating place, never drove to the Most Northern part of Anglesey before, been going over 20 years, but it was stunning scenery and it was Windy, and it was a calm day, lovely little Town and it was the Copper Centre of the World, who knew 😀, nice beaches out that way as well.

Stopped off here on our drive along the North Anglesey coastline. We were greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable chap who freely explained how to find the copper mines nearby before we even discussed or committed to enter the museum. The museum was very informative and gives a real insight into copper mining in the area over years gone by. We intend to do the circular walk around the copper mine whilst we're still on holiday here. Colour maps of the walk with detailed information on the view points can be purchased from the museum for 50p. Thank you very much.

Very informative and a true insight into the demand on copper that Amlwch replied to. Then go see the maritime museum just up the way to see how shipping played a part. Cafe in there is amazing too
