Mercure Milton Keynes Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights for our daughter's wedding ceremony and celebrations. Everything was carried out in a professional, helpful and friendly manner. All went to plan, even the weather stayed dry for the day! We cannot praise the hotel staff too highly. Everyone we dealt with, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant and bar and during the wedding itself were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

What a fantastic hotel. Clean, beautiful interior. All staff were really lovely. The receptionist was very professional. The behind the bar, who was new was a delight. Everyone made us very welcome. Definitely coming back to this hotel again. My husband who is a gold member was made to feel really valued. The team had put a selection of chocolates and delicious cakes in our room for our arrival. Brilliant service.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Lovely grounds easy to find and lots of parking. Easy checking and friendly staff. There was a bar and restaurant on site but I didn't visit it. Room was lovely and clean. The decor was nice, comfy bed, great shower. I would definitely recommend and such a good price too.

Lovely room overlooking golf course for a bit extra, great value, food, staff facilities etc 10.10 definitely be back. Staff and reception were so so helpful and friendly, can't ask for more . Nice terrace and moonlit view

We have stayed in a lot of mercure hotels and first impressions on driving into the car park was the building looked amazing as so many mercure hotels look a bit dated being old houses. All the staff were extremely professional and displayed high levels of customer service the lady on reception provided so.e excellent advice and guidance about the hotel and even about where we would be eating in Milton Keynes. As a gold member I really appreciate being called by my name on arrival and the welcome gift in the room was fabulous.

Very pleasant, laid back and clean. Well managed and all staff down to earth and professional. I would choose this establishment if I had to pay myself. Good value for mid level expectations.

Good location, right next to golf centre. Beautiful decor, very efficient, pleasant, staff. OK food, only downside - the price of beer.

Amazing place to use for important events in your life. Wish there were more staff at the bar serving people as we had to wait 30 minutes for a latte to be made.

I am writing this as a day visitor and as a heartfelt thank you for my experience on Sunday 15 October. I am sure those staff working on that day will remember the two guests to whom they served afternoon tea and will appreciate the challenges in life that can be faced by them. Every single member of staff we encountered was welcoming and treated us in a way that was beyond my wildest dreams.

I'd particularly like to praise and offer my heartfelt thanks to the young lady who served us and made the experience so wonderful for me. She was a credit to the hotel and she deserves every success in the life she has ahead of her.

Thank you to all of you - you gave me everything I could ever wish for and much more besides.

Having stayed at nearby Novotel Milton Keynes before and Mercure Bedford as well as staying before at Mercure Milton Keynes, I have to say this remains my favorite and will be returning for my 3rd and more after stays after. Rooms are very nice, staff always helpful and parking easy. It's located in a quiet area and a joy to stay at. Beds very high quality for any activity.

As stated overall excellent. Rather disappointed with the bar meal that I ordered. I ordered tomato soup with a roll. It was certainly not tomato soup that I was provided and the roll came some five minutes after I had finished the meal. Trivial matter I know. We would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was excellent.

Walked into reception and immediately had the warmest welcome. Rooms are good. The bar staff are great. Here for a wedding. We forgot to get a card. Jokingly, I asked the receptionist if she had one to spare, nearly fell over when she responded “will this one do!” You have saved the day. Thank you Mercure Milton Keynes!

The welcome we received from the lady who checked us in was really nice, and especially appreciated after a long drive and 11pm arrival. We left something by the check in desk by accident and she brought it all the way to our room which was so kind.
We stayed in a Privilege room with a lovely king sized bed and a sofa bed, meaning my family (2 adults + 2 children) could all stay in the same room and not have to split up. The room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was also great.
It was just a shame we only stayed there to sleep for one night because it’s a really nice place. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Milton Keynes. Thank you!

Stayed for the weekend with my daughter for a bit of father / daughter bonding time.

The staff on reception greeted us so nicely and friendly. The hotel room was modern and immaculately clean. The bar and staff were great. The breakfast in the morning was DELICIOUS.

The adventure gold next door was brilliant.

And the proximity to town centre was perfect.

And for the price that was less than a Travelodge, it was truly amazing !!!!

Will come again for sure !!!

I booked the privilege room for me and my girlfriend back in January as we were invited to the golf club over the road and wouldn't be bake to drive back after few drinks

We were welcomed by friendly staff who were helpful, polite and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable best night sleep for a while and buffuet breakfast was delicious

Only faults were the room was supposed to come with free newspapers and soft drinks but only received 1 bottle of water each and we should have received late check out depending on availability but as I paid £20 for the 2pm checkout the availability was there you would think but other than that service was great, breakfast was great and bed was amazing. Will stay here again

This was such an awesome experience. The staff (Sophia Khan) and the Barman I forgot
To take his name were so king and accommodating. Even the bar was closing they let us have desserts and chill there. Sophia gave us great info regarding the area. The warm smiles and welcomes were great.

The rooms were clean, and had all the things we needed.

Will defo come back.

Had a great overnight stay here. Everyone was very polite and the hotel room was clean and tidy. My only gripe was the chaos around breakfast. Tables not cleared/cleaned and had to set my own because no one was available. The breakfast was very good and the man serving was excellent but was running everything so food kept running out. Probably short staffed.

Welcoming and Warm.. Lovely reception staff Natalie is fabulous and always on hand to help. housekeeping Tunde is amazing and friendly :)

My partner and I stayed at the Mecure Milton Keynes for the night as we were visiting Silverstone the following day. When I say we were blown away with our room, it is an understatement! The room was huge, clean, tidy, modern, warm and comfy! The shower was the perfect temperature, the heating controls were easy to use and even better there was coffee/tea making facilities.
We also booked breakfast for the following morning and the choice of food was brilliant, considering my partner has an allergy to fruit, vegetables & nuts. The staff were also very friendly which makes the experience that much better.
We will definitely be staying again!
