We bought our house via Newton Rowe, our sellers previous sale fell through and she then chose to swap to a new agent as she was uncomfortable with her previous agents scruples. Our seller definitely made the right choise, Paul at Newton Rowe was flexible and accommodating when we needed to move a viewing time, patient and understanding when we requested a third viewing before offering. Hazel was absolutely lovely to deal with, so friendly, helpful and proactive throughout the purchase period, she did everything possible to keep the purchase on track.
