Big Yellow Self Storage Tunbridge Wells

We have just signed a rental contract for a storage unit. The services provided by the team in Tunbridge Wells - Nick, Apple and James - were excellent. We were in and out of the shop with everything we needed to know regarding our storage box. Everything was very clearly explained down to the insurance inclusions. Thanks big yellow team!

I have used this business for a long time and can honestly say that the level of service is second to none. Nicholas the manager runs an efficient service with polite staff who are always on hand to offer sensible solutions. It is worth asking to have a member of staff run you through the policies ( they will anyway to be fair) because the terms of the licence are very good and are heavily weighted towards the customer. Yes you might find units that are slightly cheaper, I did, but I doubt very much you'll find anything that offers the same terms, very high level of service, incredibly easy access, seriously robust security and a level of cleanliness that far exceeds anything I have seen in the local area. Most people will have times in life where finances might become temporarily squeezed, or a life emergency crops up. This happened to me and the level of understanding and empathy was something else, they will help you through the rough patches, not exactly what you would think of when thinking of a storage company!!! If you need storage then go here...end off.

The service I received at Big Yellow TW was exceptional. Special mention must go to Apple who was instrumental in facilitating a remote storage and removal by my moving companies. Thoroughly recommended

All the staff here are so lovely and helpful! Having never used a self storage before all the options were a bit daunting but thanks to the fabulous staff we managed everything perfectly and were really super happy with our experience :)

I went in to store some of my furniture very last minute to the chain in Tunbridge wells today. The two members of staff were extremely helpful, polite and thorough. Would highly recommend.

We were totally shocked that my parents buyer did not complete on my parents house in Surrey last week. 2 lorries we’re on the M25 heading for East Sussex with no where to unload. It was just a horrible day! I phoned the Tunbridge Wells branch and spoke to lovely Apple who reassured me there were units available and helped me sort the right size. We redirected the lorries here. After a lovely cup of coffee while form filling and making payment our removal team were able to unload and all the contents kept safe until we were able to finalise the move a week later. We are so grateful to the helpful and caring staff looking after us and all the cups of coffee!
