I got a shed 1 year ago brilliant it was a second it's brilliant nice and dry after all the rain we have had .

Loving my new bistro table and chairs - perfect for the lockdown! They arrived on-time, carefully packaged, and feel like a quality, sturdy product. They were also £60 cheaper than I had seen at a well know retailer.

I went to their shop to buy a planter and when i mentioned i was looking for a bin shelter too the staff were really helpful. We looked through all the ones they had on the computer and John ordered one for me and said they would deliver it to me in a few days for free. I've finally painted it and put it up and its just what i wanted!

Ordered outdoor dining set, parasol and base. Everything arrived on time. Delivery people were great and helpful. Good quality set. Only parasol left to check. Really pleased with service.

I am giving 5 stars because although this did not arrive in the time scale given, when I got in touch with Customer Service the matter was dealt with very quickly. Rather than make me wait whilst they contacted the courier, a new stand was dispatched on next delivery no questions asked. This stand arrived promptly and I am delighted with the product. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very happy with my order so far.
I have received the log holder, but am waiting for the delivery of my Suncast items. I am being kept informed of my order and Garden Street price matched with the items. Customer service was excellent. I will be quite happy to come back and purchase further items and would highly recommend.

I ordered 3 fence panels from garden Street and was promptly told delivery would be 2-4 weeks and i was kept informed throughout about delivery and then about 3 weeks later my fence panels turned up and I was even able to follow the driver on a map to see his progress. So with all this in mind I was very pleased with my purchase from garden street and would definitely recommend them. 5 stars

Really great company, I did have an issue with a table and it was very easy to contact them. Answered the phone in one ring. also the delivery firm are really good keeping you uptodate with your order and can deliver on a chosen day.very happy.

I ordered my new garden patio set from Garden Street. I was a little concerned and did wonder if I had done the right thing, as I'd never ordered anything before and I'd not heard of the company either.
But I have to say I am very pleased with my furniture. Delivery was when they said it would be. Delivery team were excellent too.
Answered my questions when I asked any. When I am ready to purchase more items I will most definitely order from Garden Street again. Well pleased.

Secure packaging and contents well wrapped in bubble wrap.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Construction went smoothly.

Easy to place my order and given a delivery slot of 14-28 days. My storage arrived after only 11 days. Easy to put together although added a few extra screws, very pleased and definitely recommend.

Great service and quicker than expected delivery. Overall very good and would happily use this company again, or recommend to a friend. They still need to sort my missing Top Cashback claim for this purchase and subsequent and hope this does not ruin my shopping experience.

Purchased a mini greenhouse and am absolutely delighted with it. Built it myself and it was very straightforward. It is good quality and each section is well made. My only quibble is with some of the small screws. The head that receives the screwdriver was a bit shallow meaning it got chewed up if there was difficulty getting in the screw. As I had other screws to hand it wasn't a problem.

Very impressed with the product and customer service all round. Speedy delivery with very patient and helpful drivers. The games table, for the price is absolutely brilliant. Took 4 of us in the office to put it together but it was worth it - already had hours of fun. Very high quality. Would recommend.

Very happy with my garden storage box. Although I wasn’t notified that the delivery had been dispatched it was received in good time. Assembly was not as difficult as I thought it would be and with some help from my wife it was up and replaced the old smaller storage box we had.

I ordered an outdoor storage box from Garden Street. I was informed of a delay to the delivery and given the option to cancel or continue. I chose to continue with the order and the item was delivered promptly within the new timescale. The storage box is excellent and fits out needs.

Delivery delayed due to factors beyond their control - but kept me informed with good communication.
Awning is great, simple to install and a sturdy product.

We ordered a 3 seater garden swing seat from Garden Street to replace one that has seen better days.
On line ordering was simple, delivered within 2 weeks as advertised.
We are very pleased with the quality of the chair and would buy through Garden Street again.

Very happy with our new Guinea Pig Hutch, quality and ease to put together is very good. Delivery was quick, but notification of delivery was not very clear fortunately we were in to take delivery.

I would recommend and will certainly use again
