The two guys in the ticket office went above and beyond helping me plan a journey from Crewe to Manchester airport. Very helpful and friendly. This service will be truely missed if British rail go ahead with selected ticket office closures. Nothing like face to face service. Thank you again

This little town is rich in history, very quaint and inviting. It's clean and although small has more to offer than one would expect. Everyone here seems so stress free and happy.

On a Sunday afternoon, changing trains to Glasgow, the station was pretty quiet. Staff are very friendly. Best to ask for platforms as you can't always see numbers especially between platforms 6 and 11 which are actually back to back

One of the most beautiful train stations in Manchester. For those residing in Nantwich this is the closest rail route. It is 9km from the Nantwich town. The station has only 1 platform as it seems which is very tidy and organised. The infra looks line an old castle turned into station. On the platform you would find a cafe, waiting lounge, WHSmith etc. I found toilets were clean. Needless to say in UK - the staff is very cooperative here as well. There is a taxi pick / drop point right outside as you climb up from the platform. Good part is the whole station is covered and so rains are no challenge.

great station for train spotting lots of trains their are lots if food areais on the platforms plenty of seating outside their us conections to public transport and lical hotels are a short walk the station is close to the heritage centre i did qiet a bit if train spoting also nit chamged mutch since bradshaws time

Crewe is one of the most busiest railway/ train station up in the North West, England in Cheshire, trains depart the station to places such as Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stafford, Chester, Birmingham, London, Shrewsbury, North Wales and Mid Wales, South Wales and East Midlands. I been on trains before now in the past to Liverpool and it was great experience of train spotting on the go whilst waiting for your next train to arrive.

Great link to the rest of the country. Signage is great and is easy to see where you should be going. If you struggle, staff are always on hand to help out

Nice train station. Surprising amount of trains across the UK considering Crewe is quite a small town. Connections to Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and more. A few shops inside which serve food and hot drinks however they are way too costly as is the norm at train stations. Good amount of seats available. ATM is available at the entrance.

I want to thank the station crew for all their hard work and help! I was meant to get the last train home yesterday but it didn't end up stopping and drove past us (miscommunication about striking etc). With the help of the station staff they managed to arrange for me to get on another train and home safe, so I didn't end up stranded! I cannot thank them enough for sorting it all out and making sure I was warm, well fed and safely on my way back to Scotland. I would have missed my Nana's funeral otherwise, so I'm deeply thankful!

Best place for train spotting like if you are a train nerd

The train station is so clean and well organized. It has places where u can have a coffee and yeah, just when I thought I was stuck with cash, I found ATM Machines offering free cash withdrawals. The staff are always friendly and happy to help!
