I suspect owner has magical powers! Took my son to choose a guitar as he was not sure what he wanted. The owner looked at him and recommended a model. My son tried several others but ultimately decided the one that was recommended was the right one. Not sure how the owner did this in 30 seconds. Brilliant service and expertise. Was definitely worth the trip

These people are absolutely friendly and helpful. Their phonelines are always open to answer queries. I bought my Fender Player Telecaster from here and the customer service was superb. I would like to commend Martin especially for staying beyond store hours so that I can collect my guitar. Hats off to all of you guys!

Needed guitar restringing. We rang ahead, and they sorted us out straightaway knowing we were not local to the area. Very happy!! Also had fun admiring the numerous guitars in the shop.

Friendly knowledgeable staff with loads of guitars. They have lots of different music equipment. I managed to get in there with my wheelchair, and they have a ramp too.

There is also a studio behind where my son goes for guitar lessons.

Went in to just look and was a fantastic experience. I'm a beginner so needed a lot of guidance and the owner was very helpful. He showed me what kit I'd need for an electric guitar and what I could get within my price range. Was able to play on several guitars and find what worked best for me. He's also very knowledgeable and we had a great chat amongst talking through specifics of my guitar needs!

Love these guys, been going there nearly 40 years. Known Martin many years and is a real top bloke. They all are. Really helped me out with a Christmas present today. There not local to me but always worth the trip. Thanks again … Clive. Cant recommend them enough !

Been twice and bought a guitar both times. Friendly and relaxed staff. Great website, great parking just outside and always open to an honest and fair deal. Highly recommended.

My son is a beginner to the guitar and we went here to take a look around. I found the staff very knowledgeable and they offered lots of good advise. For the size of the shop they have plenty of equipment to choose from and are happy to help with purchasing decisions based on skill, taste and budget.
They also offer Lessons across various instrument types in studios at the rear of the shop.
I would recommend a visit.

Travelled there to buy my grandson a Fender Strat. Martin and the guys there were so helpful, very experienced and supportive. A great store with a friendly team. Will certainly be going back there again!

Purchased a bass guitar through their webpage. Good price compared to other sites. Communication through the process was excellent. I live 10 -15 miles from the shop. Instead of shipping a parcel, Martin delivered the guitar quickly and in person! Outstanding service.

Great customer service! I bought a PRS SE from them online and the guitar was faulty. They tried to fix it but still wasn't right so got a refund and bought a gibson! I wouldn't by another PRS SE again but would certainly buy off Langley Guitar Centre again.

Firstly the guitar is beautiful and plays great (Charvel DK24 HSH). It arrived super quick with no issues. There was a slight hiccup with the transaction going through but the staff were great at reassuring me and helped me get this resolved. I can't recommned these guys enough. I took a chance on a store I had never heard of, and I'm glad I did. Thanks a lot!

Absolutely fantastic shop, great selection of guitars and products, Martin couldn't have been more helpful and it was great fun to chat about some of the amazing guitars in store with him. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgable and great communication so I could arrange the best way to try, and purchase my dream guitar which I did! Highly recommended and I'll be making sure I visit again!
