Halfords - Slough

A very well stocked store with plenty of services..friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great experience

I recently visited to have my son's bike fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff - I found them friendly and courteous and above all a willingness to help and fix the bike.
Whilst the bike was fixed, I saw Halfords Slough have 2 floors of all things bikes, motoring as well as DIY.
There is a vast range to choose from for cycles including e scooters - and suitable for all ages. There is also a range of motor accessories including bulbs, wipers, car cleaning, camping, cycle carriers, and detailing equipment.
And the bike repair was reasonably priced as well.

I’ve been to this branch a few times now to repair my sons’ bikes. Today I went there because I had trouble pumped air into son’s bike tyres. One of the two staff at the bike repair centre gave me great help by repairing my old pump (a basic hand held one I also bought from this shop) and pumped my son’s bike immediately afterwards. And all for FREE! Such wonderful customer service, I’ll rate it 6 if I’m allowed ! Many thanks!

John who works in the bike department was incredible! We brought my daughter in to choose her bike for her birthday, she has autism so it wasn't exactly a simple process. He was patient and kind and helped us choose the right bike for her. Then when I had difficulty assembling it at home, I brought it back to the store and he was just as helpful as before. This man is an absolute credit to the company!

this store has the most helpful staff who will go above and beyond for their customers. Not only were they willing to provide me services after their allotted time, they ensured to make me aware of a discount i can receive at the till. A special shoutout to Bilal and Jabar for their excellent customer service, positive attitude and dedication to their customers. I most definitely be returning as a loyal customer. I needed my headlights replaced and Umair did an excellent job. He also checked if all my other lights were working fine and was polite and friendly.

I was so impressed with a member of your staff at Slough store to day,, I had to right in to say thank you, he helped me with a battery for my car he was more than happy to get it for me give me advice

Good prices and well stocked

I was directly behind one of the worst, greedy, nasty customers I have ever seen. All over a battery without any faults. The young lad then comes to me and even after the battery idiot performs perfect and with great skills. A credit like the super helpfull manager I saw on the site. I was treated as all Halfords customers are with politely and personally. It's the battery idiot customer that gets zero stars not the staff and manager here. Enjoy the doughnuts.

Absolutely love halfords in Bath Rd Slough seriously the staff there were so helpful I'd definitely recommend going there plus joining up to the motoring club you should definitely check it out fiver a month then u get a free mot some garages charge 49 to 50 pounds for that then you get benefits ie free 10 point health check discount of goods it's a no brainer really 😀 👍

Really happy with the Silver Service carried out on my daughter's bike, replacing shredded gear cables/casings and ensuring gears were correctly aligned. The Maidenhead store had no technician to carry out the work after a health check was carried out by a less experienced employee.

I would like to thank Maijid for all his help today. He Helped me choose the correct car seat for my grandchild and fitted it, although I unwittingly did not make an appointment! I was really impressed and would highly recommend the Slough Bath Road store!

The experienced staff member (I don’t know his name but he looks a bit like geowizard) knows his stuff and will look after your bike. I had a nagging seemingly big issue and he had it sorted in no time and for a good price.
