Very easy and reliable to deal with. I bought a car from them got it dropped at my house the same day. Soon after their was an issue with the cooling Tom came and picked it up the next day and the issue was solved within 24 hours of them knowing with me having to pay nothing, the car was then dropped back at my house the following day.

Would definitely recommend Tom! A rare commodity in the second hand car trade. Honest and reliable- had a couple of problems with the car to start which as promised were sorted out very quickly.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I’ve looked at a lot of cars and this is the first dealer who was extremely kind, took his time and answered any questions we had. Let us take our time and was very helpful. When I rang to arrange an appointment he answered strait away and was very polite.
The car was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. I would highly recommend buying from here.

Brought a Vauxhall Corsa from TW cars. Highly recommended. Tom the owner was so on point Explaining everything with the car in a professional manner and gave me a really fair price with 3 Months return if anything goes wrong. I have just purchased a Volkswagen from this lovely gentleman Tom and the experience was flawless!! I can highly recommend!!! We travelled quite a distance and Tom kindly agreed to meet us mid-way within a day of our enquiry. He was waiting for us when we arrived with an immaculate vehicle, beautifully valeted, all the paperwork tidily presented and everything ready for inspection. Tom was extremely patient whilst we fully inspected the car, he answered all of our questions really thoroughly and organised an excellent warranty for us within minutes. We felt extremely well looked after and really felt that Tom genuinely wanted to provide an honest and genuine service to his customers - he couldn’t possibly have done any more. We drove our vehicle the two hour journey home, Tom kindly left us plenty of Petrol for the journey and it is an excellent runner - it did really well on the long journey home and no issues at all!! We are delighted with our purchase and the whole experience was incredible!! Would highly recommend buying any second hand cars from Tom. Such a kind and honest individual. He really cares about you and if you have any doubts or worries he’s quick to reassure if anything goes wrong that you can bring the car back! He kindly offered to take the car back fix a minor issue and we decided to buy it straight back off him. Really would recommend him if you’re looking for a car. Highly responsive, caring and knows his cars.

Im not one to write reviews but Tom Defenitley needs one! He is by far the kindest man Iv ever met, helped me with all questions I had, and there was a lot haha! nothing was too much, even offered to deliver the car when I struggled to collect it! The process from enquiring about the car to purchasing was the smoothest process I could of imagined, and I brought the car as soon as I went and saw it! He even included 3 months warranty! I found my beautiful Volvo S80 2.5T on eBay. I contacted Tom and arranged to view the car. Having already been given masses of sound information and photos from Tom, I was already pretty certain that I would be buying the car. I got the train from Bristol to Chalfont & Latimer, where Tom picked me up from the station. I was gobsmacked at the excellent condition of the car and made up my mind during the test drive. I bought the car straight after the test drive! That was in January and I've already put another 15k trouble-free, luxury-clad miles on it (now only early June!) Tom is a very nice guy and it was a pleasure to have met him and done business. I'll absolutely be asking Tom to source my next car, once the time comes and I recommend him 100%. Tom was First Class in every way, he was very professional, understanding and respectful. Despite not being able to complete, due to circumstances out of my control.

Having found a car on eBay from TW Cars, I telephoned to ask a couple of questions (did the rear seats fold down, what was the condition of the engine) and then having spoken to Tom went to see the car today.

In advance I had verified that TW Cars would be willing to accept my current car in part exchange as that made it a lot easier to buy the lovely Jaguar XF that I was interested in. Tom said "Yes, bring it over" and we agreed a time (viewings are strictly by appointment only).

Tom gave me plenty of time to check the car over and for a test drive which included taking in a junction of the M25 to let the car stretch it's legs. The car itself was in superb mechanical condition although it had some cosmetic paintwork flaws which were fully described and photographed in the advert.

Payment was simple - Bank Transfer is easy with a smartphone and the paperwork was completed in minutes.

The car also came with a six month warranty from Handler Protect which looks pretty comprehensive (I've seen some with a ton of restrictions which this warranty actually covers).

Overall, if TW Cars have a vehicle which catches your interest I would highly recommend arranging an appointment to view and make sure you are ready to buy as the cars are exactly as described. If you like what you seen in the advert then you'll be wanting to make the purchase on the spot.
