Great little cafe. Easy to get to and easy to park. Outstanding coffee. I was actually astounded by how good the coffee was. I think this coffee comes a very close second to a specialised Japanese coffee expert I visited once in Japan.

Would highly recommend!

Lovely food and presentation. A bit on the pricer side i.e. Shepard's pie for £16 but good quality.

Stopped for lunch halfway thru a cycle. Mushroom Ragu was excellent as were the cakes - particularly the Carrot Cake.

This is the ordinary park café with an extraordinary food quality. Honestly, good restaurant level. I felt the need of taking a picture and sharing this comment after the first bite.

I will definitely come often.

Lots of seating both inside and outside so you'll be fine for sitting. Staff are prompt, polite and helpful. The food tasty, good portion sizes and they have a good range of beers and even Fairtrade lemonade for the ethically minded. Open quite late and they're not too pushy at the end. The mud cafe out the back is fun for the kids.

We stopped for brunch enroute to Milton Keynes- what a find! Free parking, warm welcome, lovely menu, free tap water, multiple areas to sit from two outside areas, a dog room, a quiet room and the main room. Chose Shakshuka for brunch and hubby had full English. Great quality food, very flavoursome and beautifully presented.
Followed by a walk around the lake and canal - highly recommended!

Arrived on a dull winter afternoon, first visit. Enjoyed a late lunch, which was delicious. I chose the chicken Caesar burger, and my husband chose the seabass. All freshly cooked and tasty. I wasn't expecting chips as well, but they came and were very tasty with salty rosemary flavours. The burger was complemented with a garlicky dressing. Finished up with flat white coffee, which also hit the spot. The rustic decor and menu choices make it a place to highly recommend.

A wonderful surprise, glorious soup, hummus, bread and lunch, then a perfect walk around the lake. But the food here was so so good.

My expectations for a cafe in a park are normally low. But this cafe really surprised me! Most of their menu is vegan friendly and their dishes quality and taste are incredible. Also worth mentioning the great coffee they make with alpresso beans and oatly milk. Will certainly go back!

Lovely place to stop for a coffee or something to eat. Good selection of drinks and food available, fresh cakes are always worth a look. Staff are friendly and helpful. Set in nice surroundings with excellent walks.
Also available are treats for dogs so it's not just the walkers that can relax with a treat but the dogs as well.

This is an excellent Cafe with ethical ingredients, imaginative cooks, and friendly customer service. Popular with young families, with a quiet room for those of a calmer nature. Also popular with dogs as there is lots of outside space and tables for their owners to sit at. Very good ethical shop onsite with Organic and eco products plus refills of beans and pulses.

On a New Year's Day, this cafe was exceptionally busy, but the staff were pleasant and working hard to keep up with customer demand, well done! We were told there would be a 30 minute wait for food, expectations managed. We had brought a trivia game to keep our intergenerational family amused, and before we knew it, the food had arrived. I love the variety of food they serve, particularly the vegetarian offerings. Thank you for a wonderful cafe experience!

Really good food ! Always….! There was a phase when it went a bit too plant based for my liking… but today I ate this gorgeous brekkie made with real butter! And service is always with a smile here! Thank you
