This family run restaurant has been here for many years and is still as good as ever. Nothing pretentious, just very good tasty food at sensible prices. Easy parking in the carpark at the rear. I didn't take any photos as I was too busy eating!

I walked in for lunch on a saturday and was greeted politefully and promptly by the friendly staff. The restaurant is informal but polished and well-kept. I ordered the pasta carbonara with pancetta, the vitello milanese with spaghetti pomodoro, and homemade tiramisu, all of which were exquisitely tasty. I would recommend this restaurant if you're in the area.

I've dined here a few times now whenever I happen to be in the area. The food is always delicious, freshly cooked and the portion sizes are great. The steak in particular is lovely and the wine list is great. The service is super friendly and it's clear the restaurant is full of regulars who love dining here, I wish I could be one! Definitely one to visit, highly recommended

First time at this restaurant. We were seated upstairs. It was nice and breezy with windows open. The downstairs has more tables and is warmer due to double doors. Main dishes were priced £12-15 with starters at £6 approx. Liked the portions which are generous. Food was simple, hearty Italian. Will come back again.

Thank you for a wonderful party in the private room above the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and we all had a perfect evening. Superb service, truly delicious food (every dish was faultless) and the attention to detail showed that Alessia and her team (thank you to Christian for all his hard work) go above and beyond. Every time I come to visit our family there must always be a visit to Maurizio’s. As always warmly welcomed. Tonight we were blessed with Maurizio, Christian and Mahida, top service. Food is delicious and portions very generous. Another great night. Missed you Alessia.

We were a massive group and booked a private table upstairs. We got first class service from the young man attending us. The food was simply point on. Considering we were such a big group and everyone had different tastes etc not one person was disappointed! Simply the best Italian I have had in ages! Looking forward to going again.

Maurizio’s is the best Italian in Rickmansworth. A vast menu that extends through the paper menu and have many specials and are always happy to accommodate any request. All meat and fish are fresh and delicious. Pastas are amazing and the chicken Milanese has been my most ordered dish over my 20 years of visiting. Alessia and Maurizio are extremely friendly and are the reason I have come back often over the last 20 years…without fail. Best Italian food around, great wine selection and desserts. Will not disappoint!! An institution of Rickmansworth and have sent many of my friends and family to this place.
