First Class Watches

Purchased a Seiko porcelain dial watch. The website was easy to navigate and held a full in-depth description of each timepiece. I thought this to be excellent. On purchasing the check out was straight forward and the discount added at the completion was exceptionally well received. Delivery was via Royal Mail special delivery next day guaranteed. I received my watch before lunch next day which I would call a professional service from shop to front door. I can wholly recommend First Class Watches for anyone whom wishes a First Class Service.

Can't fault FCW one bit. They have a huge selection of watches, and most importantly for me, they are an authorised Seiko retailer.

It was my first purchase from FCW so also received a 10% off code when signing up my email. I ordered my watch and added my wrist size and the watch arrived, Special Delivery, exactly to my wrist size without any further adjustment needed.

They have a host of payment options, too, if you don't want to pay in one go. Overall, really positive experience and am very pleased with my watch. Would definitely use FCW again, am very keen on a Speedtimer so will certainly keep an eye on here for more Seiko's. Highly recommend FCW for any watch enthusiast!

I ordered my watch and 5 days later I contacted FCW, who were very helpful and explained that my watch had been ordered. I ordered on the 13 th February and it arrived to New Zealand in the 24th February. Great watch, great communication and awesome prices. Thank you so much FCW.

I was so pleased with the service and the watch. I bought it as a present for my mum and was worrying about getting the delivery before Christmas however it even arrived early - so I was grateful. Also like the way the customer service team have made contact to make sure everything was okay. Mum loved the watch too so even better!

Ordered a Casio W-86 because they are not available in the US without spending double of what it is worth. First Class Watches offered a great price for a rarer casio model. Couldn't be more happy with delivery. I was initially told on the website that it would be about 2 months before I received it due to it being backlogged. 4 days later, it was in my hand from the UK! Absolutely Amazing!! The watch is completly authentic and I would not hesitate to use this company again with trust.

First Class service and fair price. Item well packaged and arrived safely. Watch better than expected. My second Laco watch and not disappointed. Will look to this retailer if the itch for a third Laco watch rises.

I have now bought 4 watches from FCW, 3 Seikos and 1 Hamilton. I kept all the Seikos, but returned the Hamilton, it was just too compromised to be truly great. Throughout all purchases I got great prices with next day delivery, and for the Hamilton I got a prompt full refund plus the postage costs. I can thoroughly recommend FCW. Only problems are that you will end up wanting more watches than anyone really needs, and oddly, getting Royal Mail to deliver to local Post Office branches for pick up if you need it. I live 200m from a Post Office in a spar shop but Royal Mail said no. I had to go to a Post Office in a different Spar about 5 miles away. Why? That's my problem though not yours. Just buy the watch, life's too short.

This site offers the best price and the best quality service alongside that which is an impossible combination. Kudos to the entire team. My go to place for watches in case I need to recommend to anyone. Sad thing is they only do business within the UK.

Great service. "First class" as the name suggests. Love my new Citizen watch. Only niggle was the watch needed further adjustment to fit as it was too tight, despite being adjusted for free by First Class Watches. Only cost me £5 to get the bracelet adjusted locally though and is now perfect.

Excellent selection and service from FCW. My watch arrived the next day but unfortunately did not suit me - the return was incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
