I love travelling around the world and this hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I ever stayed. Staff so so kind, helpful, attentive to details, all of them. I stayed for 4 days. My double bedroom was clean, comfortable, room temperature controlled by myself, I felt like I was hugged by the bed when sleeping.
Excelente bar and food. The gardens are quiet, peaceful and spacious. Very well cared for.
I would go on and on.

We stay here for Crufts and its dog friendly; they’re not currently charging for dogs which is a bonus. Rooms are pretty pricey, but they’re comfortably and large. Check in staff; some are friendly and helpful, but on this trip sadly communication was an issue. Check in took 20 minutes as once my details were taken, the receptionist walked off and went out the back never to be seen for 15 minutes without an explanation. Asked someone else who had no clue either, and went out back. A further 5 minutes passed and they both reappeared with no explanation and gave us our key. Found that a bit rude, but from then on it was plain sailing. Food is ok but a little pricey. If you stay when they have functions on (it’s common there are multiple functions), car parking can be an issue, but there is an overflow car park a short distance away at their conference centre next door, so not great issue there.

Amazing Xmas break. We booked directly with the hotel on a 3 night package. We checked in on Christmas Eve and was tea and cakes and a singer providing entertainment. Later we had a 3 course dinner in the Riverside restaurant from a fixed menu, but there was a good choice and all the people in our group enjoyed the food. On Christmas Day we woke to a full English breakfast which had a good choice and was all kept fresh by the staff, after we went out for a walk, but because the time of year was a little muddy so we stuck to the B roads but very nice countryside around the hotel. Christmas Lunch was great, 4 courses all very well cooked and presented, lots of veg with the main we where all stuffed when we were done. In the afternoon there was a couple of little entertainment events, cakes and tea and coffee available, then a buffet for dinner. Boxing day was another great breakfast, we travelled into Kenilworth and Warwick both a very short drive away then back for dinner, this was a Gala dinner with a both the directly booked customers and coach parties. It was very well organised, food was good and the entertainment was great. The entire time we were there the staff were great, everyone made our stay enjoyable. If you are looking for a Xmas break I would definitely recommend going here.

We stayed in hotel for one night. Organised to celebrate New Year with Armenian friends (around 60 people)
Service in hall was great.
And we had a very good night sleep. Beds were comfortable. We had family room. 2 adults and 2 kids.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.

Absolutely loved the feel of the hotel warm cosy and quirky. To be fair it was nice and quiet. Plenty of places to sit no matter where you were within the hotel. I enjoyed the swimming pool although it was very small the steam room was nice. The grounds around chestford grange hotel couldn't be appreciated due to the wet muddy surroundings. A taxi into Kenilworth that's a 5 min drive was about £8. So in all a lovely stay and really enjoyable experience.

We had a delightful stay at Chesford Grange Hotel. The family-friendly atmosphere and excellent facilities left a positive impression. Their breakfast was a highlight, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We opted to dine at a nearby pub, appreciating the hotel's furniture choices. Our stay at this hotel was a stark contrast to our previous disappointing experience at the so-called "luxury" spa, Champagne Springs in Leicester. Chesford Grange felt genuinely luxurious and enjoyable, making it a much more pleasant experience.

A beautiful and relaxing hotel, exceptionally clean, and a peaceful night’s stay - would strongly recommend again.

We stayed at the Chesford Grange Hotel as it was accommodating a conference event we were taking part in. The rooms were very spacious and brilliantly designed (THANK YOU for USB chargers and wall sockets by the bed on both sides!), with very spacious and generous en-suites. Refreshingly, the TV was a straightforward free view TV, no bloated hotel software to struggle through, which was nice.

The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a good selection, and our experience through the hotel was that everything was working, very clean, and quite modern yet still with plenty of character.

Thankfully, although the hotel has lots of event space and conferences etc, they are well separated from the guest rooms, so we were not disturbed at night / in the evening.

Overall a great stay, and we can recommend both as guests and conference visitors!

Spent the weekend at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The roo.s were good, service was good.

The included breakfast was average but did not lack what you could take from the buffet.

We attended an event there which was well handled.

All in all a good visit. Would recommend the place and visit again

My partner and I had a lovely one night stay at this hotel. I wish we'd caught the name of the lady at reception as she was so lovely and welcoming, made check in easy and was very helpful. We stayed in a family room which had plenty of space and was nice and clean. There was a lot of variety at breakfast. We used the pool facilities which were quite basic and small, but the pool water was lovely and warm. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful country hotel and spa with excellent staff.
We had a free upgrade to a dog friendly king size room ( room number 147), it was on the ground floor with a door out onto a very large grassed area, just perfect when you have a dog.
We met some lovely people in the bar which is located in the older part of the hotel, there was a lovely ambience sitting in the comfy chairs looking out of the window.
Lots of people around when we were there but no queues waiting to get served.
Breakfast buffet was excellent as was an evening meal we had in the bar.

Mum and I had a fantastic visit to the Chesford Grange Hotel. We had two rooms with connecting doors. Mine was a twin and Mum's was a double. I would recommend phoning the hotel directly to arrange this rather than hope that the third-party booking pass on the details.
The rooms were clean and fresh with good views of the lawn. The shower pressure was excellent and the rooms were cleaned and freshened each morning. Mum had a swim and although the pool is not large, it was big enough to swim lengths.
Overall we were really pleased with our visit and will visit again.

Booked a 3 nights stay (couple + small dog) : great value for money! Nice big rooms and bathroom, good choice at the breakfast buffet, lovely meal at the restaurant (pricey but quite worth it) . Special note for the exceptional gym installations : loved it there ! No additional fee for a dog was well appreciated

Nice place. Just want to say a big thank you to the restaurant manager Rieann and the friendly waitress Alysa. Both were great and an asset to the hotel. Good atmosphere and they gave it a very warm feeling. Thanks again.

I booked a dinner, spa treatment & breakfast deal for my husband and myself for our wedding anniversary. I also added an afternoon tea as an extra. When we arrived, the reception staff were polite and helpful. We were told to go to the bar & ask about our afternoon tea.

On speaking to the staff in the bar, it turned out that not only had we been left off the list for afternoon tea, but also left off the list for dinner when the restaurant was fully booked. Mark who was the bar/restaurant manager I think, was so apologetic. He managed to turn the whole situation around, he booked us in for an afternoon tea after our spa treatments at 4pm then he made sure we had space in the restaurant for dinner at 9, leaving enough time to allow our afternoon tea to digest a little! Not only that, but he offered us a free drink from the bar & some snacks to keep us going as we hadn't eaten all day. He also added a bottle of prosecco to our afternoon tea free of charge as it was our wedding anniversary.

The way he handled the whole situation left us feeling cared for. I understand that mistakes happen & I'm just so pleased with the way he treated us. In the hands of someone else, it could have been a completely different scenario.

The hotel is inviting, the rooms are quite nice, with curtains that block out all of the light, which I really appreciate. The spa doesn't have all of the bells & whistles other spas we've been to have, but the staff there are also delightful.

All in all, this little trip was made all the better because of the customer service we received, so thank you so much once again to Mark, all of the spa staff and the bar staff too, who were also very pleasant. I witnessed one of the bar staff being really kind to a young boy who was asking him all the questions under the sun & his patience made me smile!

Went there for a conference. Great facilities, rooms had everything that you require. The hotel rooms have been refurbished which was good to see what touches they have added to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Location is ideal as its off the M40 and easy to get to. Large car park for big events and cctv security for everyone's safety. They have spa, pool and gym facilities so that you can either relax or have a swim and also work out a sweat in their compact gym. Lunch on our arrival was nice and even catered for vegetarians as well so enough for everyone.
Breakfast in the morning was a very nice indeed in nice surroundings of the breakfast River room. All in all a great stay and very nice staff. A place that I would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely 2 night stay, room was a good size with very comfortable beds, we slept well. Very clean. Spa was excellent, my wife had a treatment by Jaz, which she said was the best treatment she's ever had. Breakfast was exceptional, so much choice, we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening as we wanted to explore the area, which has so much to see. I have read a few negative reviews for here but cant see why, we stay in hotels all over the country regularly, and put this in our top few.
Also, I must mention the staff, all very professional, and extremely helpful.
We will definitely be returning again.
Thankyou.

Could not fault the service. Massage was Brill worth having hot stone massage. Pool small but adequate, clean and tidy. Will come back again
