We refill our glass bottles of hand soap, washing up liquid and work gel here easily and quickly. The staff are always very helpful and it really it does reduce the amount of plastic we use.

First of all, staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The shop is really well presented, always being organized and clean. And the products themselves are of high quality at a VERY reasonable price while being sustainable. Whenever I have visited looking for specific items, which is on many occasions, they have always been in stock. What's not to like? Thank you all at Zero!

I stumbled across Zero a couple of years ago and have been shopping at Zero since (within a few weeks of it opening) and each time I visit (usually once every two weeks at least), I love the experience and the ever expanding product range on offer. I don’t buy anything anywhere else if it’s available at Zero.

I’m always amazed at the exceptional service, the helpfulness of the staff on offer, the friendliness (addressing and welcoming regular customers by their names) and the calm atmosphere - all a perfect balance. I have to mention their well researched /experienced knowledge on the products sold and everything sustainable !! I’m so glad Charlie ventured /created Zero and she amazes me how she weathers the challenges small businesses face especially during the last couple of years with such enthusiasm and passion. A special mention to the awesome Eleanor (I’m always so grateful for the help!) and all the staff. Thank you ladies (and Tom).

Was delighted when this shop opened and have been visiting it as regularly as I can. The staff are a delight and know their products. Everything I've purchased I have been very happy with and its my go to for those items and I always spot new things to buy and try. I will never again buy a hand wash or shampoo from anywhere other than zero. The HairyJane stuff is great and the Fill Co stuff is also great.

Always go there for gifts too! Charlie works hard to bring us all sorts of great options from smaller local suppliers. Well done and thank you to everyone there, See you soon!

We have been shopping at Zero since Charlie and Marissa were running the business out of a storage unit and their car boot! I remember Marissa's partner dropping off an order when I had just had my son (and he is now 4)! Their knowledge on all things zero, carbon footprint, local suppliers and circular economy is outstanding.
I mostly pop into the shop, I love seeing Eleonora and whoever else may be in and having a chat - there are few shops where you can pop in and be greeted by name ! We have also done a season of click and collect thru lockdown and other times when time is tight and again, and this always works wonderfully.
The product range is extensive from all the store cupboard essentials you could ever need, to washing, hand soap and washing liquid (and at very competitive prices) to water bottles, Wild deodorant, soaps and reusable sanitary pads and menstrual cups.
Finally, if you are somewhat overwhelmed by all things zero waste then Zero store is definitely the place to 'have a go', take a few containers, jars, bags (we often end up with old takeaway containers, jam jars, and bags) and try a few basics - oats, dried fruit, pasta, orzo, one of their soaps (pink grapefruit would have to be my kid-proof recommendation - this one they cannot squish), and perhaps some of the fizzy sweets, have a look in the back room at the wide array of liquids and get a feel of all the brilliant products and how easy some could be to swap. Enjoy !

Lovely store with an amazing selection of products. I order online and collect from Napton village stores. The team are amazing, it's brilliant to have this available near us.

Great shop, lovely staff who were very helpful with all of my questions about switching to shampoo bars, as well as questions about food products. Great room to the rear for cleaning products too. An amazing one-stop-shop for plastic free dried and household goods. Got some lovely Christmas presents too - dog shampoo bar, natural dish cleaning brushes, mesh produce bags, plastic free deodorant (that actually works). I don't know how they have fitted so much in! A lovely shopping experience overall.

I was so excited when Zero opened and have been shopping here since trying to get more and more of my 'store cupboard' items and cleaning products plastic free and zero waste! I now hardly buy anything in plastic from supermarkets as I'm able to get pretty much everything we need from Zero. All the products are such good quality and there is such a variety to choose from! Plus the staff are all lovely and super helpful which makes it a very enjoyable shopping experience. Really pleased for Charlie and team that they have been able to expand and are now opening in Stratford and I really hope they can continue to grow!

I was so thrilled to be told about Zero. It is a great little shop, doing its bit for the planet, encouraging us to use our own containers to put produce in. They sell loose cereals, grains, nuts, flours, oils, pasta and spices to name a few. Plus detergent, washing up liquid, shampoo for us to distill into our own containers (or you can buy glass ones there. If you don't have containers you can use paperbacks or their free jars. So impressed that I will definitely be going back again, and again. 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Had our first visit this weekend and my whole family loved it. Brilliant feel as soon as we stepped into the store, excellent staff and service given. Really fair pricing too! We got a lot for our money and it was so simple and easy to package and weigh everything up. My children have also been learning about plastic last week and were able to pick a lot up here about sustainability and recycling, so it was an educational trip too.

I work for a large retailer and we would love to be able to give customers the sort of experience you get in Zero. I hope that this place keeps expanding and popping up everywhere. It is the future!

A new favourite. I recently moved to Leamington from London and was glad to stumble into the doors of Zero! Shopping at independent businesses really has its benefits, one being the personal service you receive and the passion behind the brand itself.

Charlie (i think that’s her name!) the owner is one of the most friendly business owners I’ve met, greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! Extremely knowledgeable on the products stocked, the supply chain and more, you know your shopping quality goods and great prices. Have found it to be a one stop shop for all my needs with a fantastic range of plastic free and sustainably sourced goods.

Whilst also offering a fantastic click and collect service/online shop, they also stock great refillable oat milk and fresh peanut butter!

Fantastic shop & Charlie & the team are lovely.
Very reasonable prices & not contributing to the plastic waste monster.
Can strongly recommend the fabric conditioner. My neighbours thought I was buying very expensive products!!
Great range of products & through the lockdown, the team have been outstanding.
Always buy something extra every visit, despite having a list.
Best little shop in Leamington.
See you soon

Charlie stocks a huge array of packaging free products, all of which she has researched and checked which means I can be sure that whenever I buy from Zero I am buying something that is truly plastic free. Everything is very reasonably priced and is often cheaper than supermarkets. And you can buy as much or as little as you want so food doesn’t get wasted.

Team Zero is the best - always smiling, helpful and enthusiastic. I’m not generally a fan of shopping but I love my visits to Zero Store - the best shopping experience!

Zero is amazing! I discovered it a few months ago and now I buy everything that I need if they stock it there. I've always been pretty good at not creating more waste than needed, but since shopping at zero I've gone from taking out my recycling once a week to needing to do it every 2-3 weeks!

I love knowing that everything sold works well and the staff are so knowledgeable. I've even changed half my toiletries to zero waste since they are available in Leamington :) I also really like that you can buy just the quantity that you need. It really takes the pressure off of having to spend more money than necessary. Especially as a student who has a tight budget.

It also has a lovely atmosphere :)

This is a fantastic little shop. Warm, friendly and efficient service and a big range of food and household products. They have adapted awesomely to the crisis and serve most products in recyclable paper bags (you can bring your own containers for liquids like cooking oil). There is also a click and collect service. We have substantially reduced the amount of household waste we put into landfill since shopping here, and it's more fun and less stressful than the supermarket too. Make sure you try the chocolate ginger and vegan fizzy sweets!

I love this shop due to its philosophy of no plastic and ethical products, superb and personal service, great choice of green products and reasonable prices. All products are of great quality, and the coffee is among the best. I felt very safe shopping here during the pandemic, with click-and-collect being introduced. Thank you Charlie and colleagues!

Love this place. I was so excited waiting for it to open and it didn't disappoint. Take your own clean containers and you can buy all your essentials and some yummy treats too. The prices are very fair and everything I have bought has been delicious. A brilliant concept made possible by someone who clearly has a passion for what she does and we get to feel like we are doing our bit to help the environment and local businesses too. It's a win win.

Fantastic store. Charlie is so helpful and dedicated to making as many aspects of our daily lives zero waste. Great range of products (the Henley’s chocolate and Monsoon Estate coffee are particularly great) at competitive prices - so why would you get them wrapped in plastic?!
