A huge thank you to Mel at Latham for her some styling service. Mel is so talented, she has such a brilliant eye, and offers wonderful advice in a super friendly way. I totally trust Mel's advice and over the past year she has helped to transform my home in ways I could never have imagined.

Mel has been fabulous from start to finish helping with two rooms in my house where I was feeling overwhelmed. The Home Styling service is great if you have no idea of what you need or just need some focus and calm creativity. Everything suggested looks amazing. Thank you so much, I will be back!

We have found the home styling service with Melanie really helpful. She made some great suggestions as to how to furnish a very awkward shaped room that my husband and I felt lost with! The price structure of the different options was also very transparent and we didn’t feel pressurised into any particular choice. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for help with design/interiors!!

I did not buy anything but the handle bars fell off my bike and the lovely lady behind the counter was very kind and found me a set of alan keys to help me. I can not thank her enough. I wish all people were like this wonderful woman

First of all thankyou to Nosheen who made the buying of a new Sofa so painless ! We needed a new sofa , and my wife had suggested to try here first Glad we did , as it was nice to sit and feel the superb quality, We were looked after throughout the process by Nosheen who explained everything to us in detail and with some very helpful suggestions too , can’t wait for our new Sofa !

I absolutely love this store and I have been buying from Lathams for many years, in-store and now also online as I don't live so close anymore!

From the moment you enter the store, the staff are so lovely and friendly and are never pushy with trying to sell me anything but will instead spend as much time with me as I need to go through all of their many options, especially when it comes to their bespoke furniture and home furnishing service.

My only warning is that you will fall in love with everything and will want to redecorate your home immediately!

My new furniture was delivered today and I’m so so pleased. Sue and the staff at Lathams couldn’t have been more helpful and really gave me first class customer service. The quality of the products is second to none. Il definitely be returning soon. I’m happy customer! 👍🏻

Great store, very stylish with some lovely unique pieces of furniture and great variety of beautiful decorative items. Very helpful and friendly staff too. Thank you, we are very happy with our dinning table and chairs and we will be back!

Highly recommend the design team and their furniture & homeware shop. It really is the best find for people into their interior design! Epping are so lucky to have a store like this on their doorstep! Well worth the drive to visit...
