We took our 6 year old Shorkie, Daisy in for a TPLO on Monday after our local vet virtually insisted on this vet practice for the operation. I have to say we were very apprehensive but it was clear from the start Daisy was in the very best hands. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. They inspired confidence from the outset and even submitted the insurance claims for us, so removing another potentially troublesome obstacle for the uninitiated.
Four days on and Daisy is doing fine. Obviously she still has a long recovery and cafe rest ahead of her but so far, so good - Thoroughly recommended!

Friendly, caring, supportive and explained everything in detail before my fur baby went in for his op.
Felt really looked after, I am sure that my fur baby did too.

Took him home knowing what to do and how to look after him.

Thanks all at East of England Veterinary

Looked after my girl so well. Martin and the team were very thorough, explained every option and went ahead with the surgery in the same day. 3 weeks post op and Uhura is starting to walk again and we can go upstairs too bed for the first time in months. Can't thank the team enough.

Just when you felt locksdown couldn't get anymore stressful, Arthur needed TPLO . The whole team at East of England made this a relaxed and friendly process, with amazing attention to detail. Their reports were simple to digest and understand. Their sevice was second to none.
Not being allowed the normal involvement due to restrictions could have been a problem, but the entire team made this as fluid and stress free as it could be. You actually feel as though you are part of a family as the service is so intimate. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was luckiy enough to meet Martin and Sebastian who were outstanding.
I would like to thank you both and your entire team for your help and
consideration you showed. Thank You for giving my Naughty Schnauzer his life back. After a year of restrictions he is ready to party xxx

I cannot thank Martin and his whole team at East of England for taking such good care of my boy during a recent TPLO surgery. From the referral to discharge I was treated so well. You can tell that they are in it for the care of the animals and not for the money, like another hospital I used for my old dog. My dog is recovering really well and I will be forever grateful for the care we received. Thank you.

We used EOE Vets for TPLO surgery on our Vizsla. It's not local to us but was worth the journey, good service before and after, really felt the vet cared. Weekend check-in calls on her welfare were reassuring and they did what they could to get us back on the road home with her both after her op and follow-up. Highly recommend.

Our cat, British short hair (Isla) had a bilateral femoral head and neck excision to resolve her bilateral slipped capital epiphyses. EOE Vets were highly recommended by our vet and amongst those that are well informed. Based on that, reviews and Martin’s credentials we thought Isla would be in the best hands at EOE vets and with Martin. We were right to put our trust in them, we had great continuity of care from Martin, we were given all the time we needed to ask questions etc and had regular follow up calls to let us know how isla was doing. She is recovering well and seems her happy self again. Best bits about EOE vets - friendly/honest/comms/time/care/value/skill/knowledge/experience.

My 10 year old cockapoo had his cruciate ligament surgery here, everything was thoroughly explained both before and after surgery, staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.
My vet when he went for his post op check up said what a good job had been done. Can highly recommend.

The most amazing, caring vets (we saw Mark)
Overnight care was fantastic and felt reassured with calls in the evening from a really kind nurse who really cared!
On going condition diagnosed quickly after months elsewhere then sent to university vets to medicate
Everything explained in full

Freddie is 95% back to normal
Thank you so much would recommend 100%

Excellent and reassuring service, operated on my poorly puppy same day as consultation, and was able to take him home the same day. Really put my mind at ease about his condition by properly explaining it all to me without all of the jargon, which was the first time that had happened since he became poorly 5 months prior.

These people are worth there weight in gold. From admin, assistents and the specialist they all made everything so easy. Woody is not the easiest of dogs and he left there giving one of the ladies kisses. Thank you all so much.

A massive thankyou to the entire team at East of England Veterinary Specialists for the care and support that our dog Mabel received. From the moment Mabel was referred by our local Vet she had the best care, treatment and after care available.

Good service from polite and conscientious staff. Think very, very, very carefully before having an operation performed though. Do your homework, seek opinions from other owners.
It's now three years since Diesel had his tplo, both knees are now operated on by Martin, and I'm absolutely over the moon with Diesels mobility.
He's back to full exercise, and even catching Frisbee. Very pleased, thank you so much 😊

My dog (Poppy) had to have a CT scan today. The vet took the time to talk to us before the scan and afterwards he talked me through the results of the scan and the options we have. Jennie on reception was really friendly and professional and everyone seemed to have a genuine care for the animals.

My Jack Russell recently ruptured her cruciate ligament and she was referred to the East of England Veterinary Specialists. She was well and truly on three legs and was too uncomfortable to place any weight through the leg. Six weeks post surgery and Pip is walking extremely well and fully weight-bearing again. I could not be happier with Pip's result. The whole team were extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend.
