Novotel London Stansted Airport

Great airport hotel. You park your own car on site and keys remain with you. Shuttle bus is every half an hour and always on time. Food in the restaurant is unnecessarily expensive and we always jump in car and go to Weather spoons which is 6 minutes a drive away with parking opposite it.

The Hotel was easily accessed from the Airport. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and departure. The evening meal at the Winter Ball was served well by the team and the food was very enjoyable. The room was very good and comfortable, the bar team were friendly too and I also enjoyed breakfast- Great! Thank you.

Great clean hotel, staff friendly , great meals and bar staff helpful. Parking available to leave car whilst on holiday. Shuttle bus to and from airport.

Booked Room and Parking via Holiday Extras. Great value, excellent room, easy parking and convenient shuttle to airport. Room was clean, well maintained and quiet so provided a good night's sleep before sn early flight. Would definitely recommend or use again if flying from Stansted.

Brilliant stay ahead of an early morning flight at Stansted. Hotel restaurant was fairly good though a bit pricey. We were in a family room and it was comfortable. The airport shuttle ran at a regular frequency and was very quick to the terminal. We would definitely do this again.

Great hotel,lovely room and very comfy bed,powerful shower and fantastic breakfast. This is gonna be my favourite hotel before and after flights.Truly recommended.

The stay was made in order to make catching an early morning flight easy. the hotel is only around 10 mins from the airport by bus with a regular direct service which makes the park and stay package ideal. The staff at the hotel are all great from check in to check out. The service in the restaurant by Vlad and Jimmy was great and the food and drink ok. Not the first time at this hotel and will definitely use again when flying early morning from Stanstead.

Shuttle straight to the door for drop off and pick up , Professional sign in and out ,room was clean and had everything you need comfortable bed ,nice shower and quiet . I had a meal in the evening and the food was excellent, Staff very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of attending the hotel for a networking event hosted by Uttlesford district council.
Previously I have attended as a member of BNI and the hotel has always been very hospitable, clean and the food of a good standard.
I would highly recommend and there is ample parking.

Perfect choice if you have an early flight from Stansted (6 min shuttle at 04:00 AM). Nice staff, nice hotel, big room & big tv, nothing to complain about

Stayed the night before our flight from Stansted and used the parking for 2 weeks.
Check in was easy, given a ground floor room, room was spacious for 2 adults and had a kettle, coffee, tea, hairdryer, iron.
We ate at the hotel and found a seat outside, ordered humus and bread and a tuna panini.
Slept really well and went to breakfastabout 10am, this is buffet style with scramble eggs, bacon, beans, sausage, continental style as well. There were no hot plates available, they had not replenished the jams and had a queue for the coffee machine. Once this was rectified we enjoyed our breakfast.
Check out was easy, if there is a queue at reception they have a box on the table for express Check out where you can drop your key in if you do not owe any money or room service.
Novotel have a shuttle bus which runs every 15 mins or so depending on time of the day, it cost £4 each, each way, arrived on time and took about 10 mins to get to Stansted.
Will use again if we have an early flight

Paid twice as much for radiosonde blue at stansted. Novotel in my opinion was 10 times better easy parking. Better rooms and beds. Breakfast buffet outstanding. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Lovely staff rooms comfortable and looks like been recently refurbished. Food was very nice too though quite pricey.

Second time we've stayed here before a holiday. The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value for money, as we can leave our car there while we're away.

A great hotel when flying from Stansted Airport. We used Novotel because we decided that we would use the hotel for its rooms and parking so that we could have a stress free day flying.

Overall it has easy parking out front, allowing you to leave your car also whilst you are on holiday and has a bus that picks you up and takes you to and from the airport. I found this to be really helpful and was cheap enough.

The rooms are really large and spacious with a big bed, flat screen TV, a fridge, large mirror, a small table and chairs, a phone, tea and coffee, a kettle, and a big wardrobe. The bed is very comfy and the hotel is generally very quiet.

The bathroom is also very large and a nice big sink area, huge mirror and a great shower with very powerful water pressure which is always great. The bathroom also contains multiple soaps, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners. The bathroom is also of course stocked up with fresh towels.

The facilities here are also really good with a bar, a gym, a restaurant, a small kids area, and more. The front desk staff are very friendly and helped us with how to get the bus in the morning with a timetable.

I think this place is great and really takes the stress off you if you don’t like travelling early hours of the morning to the airport. Thoroughly recommend !

Perfect for night before flying and parking. Coach to airport runs from about 4 am check times on arrival £4 per person. Great hotel,helpful and friendly staff

Nice room with comfy bed! The shuttle service to the airport is handy too. The restaurant isn’t all that but the bar is a nice chilled place.

Nice clean rooms, just what you need for the night before your flight. Bus service good and on time. Stressfree getting to the airport.
