Halfords - Cheltenham

I had my offside rear number plate bulb renewed by Jason at the Cheltenham branch.

He fitted a high quality Lucas bulb (from a pack of two) and the bulb now works.

It was tricky to fit but the job was done professionally and promptly.

I am a satisfied customer.

Amazing quick service, Jason changed my rear wiper blade however also checked my tires, oil etc and it took him 10 minutes! Everything went perfect would highly recommend. Jason was very kind, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back.

Sam M was fantastic doing my car check today. He was so friendly talked me through what he was checking and anything I needed to do/act on following the check. Definitely deserves recognition for how fantastic he was at his job, and that he did it with a smile and being so friendly!

We had bought a bike on Wednesday for my daughter’s birthday with collection booked for the Saturday (her actual birthday). When we arrived we were told it was booked for Monday collection but with birthday girl in tow, the lovely lady that was serving me made sure it was all done for her that evening. She loves her bike and was so grateful to get to go home with it on her special day. Thank you for being so caring.

Both my headlights were not working, so I purchased new fuses to try. The gentleman at the till who served me was very happy and friendly, (sorry I did not get his name). The fuse did not fix my problem, so I thought I would try changing the bulb. Sean came out and checked which bulb was neede. Unfortunately, it was an H18 that was not stocked. Even though I was unable to get the light bulb fitted at this time, I could not have asked for friendlier, helpful staff. They took time to talk through and show me what was needed. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Cheltenham Halfords.

Bought online a halfords bike rack and picked up in store. Good quality product. They did not update the order status to ready for collection so I just walked anyway. They were able to find the item.

Once again, a very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff that have time to explain. Very good prices and wide range of products.
It's a shame that the Stroud store closed.

I fell foul of the cold weather and my car battery decided not to play! I ended up at the Halfords Store at Kingsditch Retail Park and they were excellent. From the lovely blonde girl at the till who sorted what battery I required to Jason who fitted it well and in super quick time allowing me to actually go off and do at least half of my volunteering shift. Thank you guys you were brilliant yet again ☺

Angie went to extra lengths to source the exact bike I wanted and then with the brief from Aggie, Rich ensured that it was ready not just on time but earlier than expected. Both demonstrated super customer care and patience.

Jason was very polite and professional, he fitted the battery in quick time and made sure everything was alright.

Excellent service today from the checkout to the gentleman Jason who checked the car and changed break light bulbs.
Then straight to the auto centre for MOT. Of cause it passed.
Being a premier member helped a great deal. Took the stress out of it all and also some discounts too.

Encountered a tyre problem and needed it inspected, and I was warmly welcomed by a young gentleman whose name I unfortunately missed. He thoroughly examined the tyre but found no signs of a slow leak, and to top it off, he generously offered to inflate it. Exceptional customer service!

I popped into Halfords in Cheltenham to get a head light bulb for my Ford EcoSport. The system couldn't find a match, however, a super friendly person called Jason behind the cashier desk over heard my disappointment and found just what I needed. He fitted it in record time and before you know it I was back on the road, a happy driver once again!

Staff very helpful..Knowledgeable of what was needed..”a battery” but was not needed as they found it was charged. Checked the alternator ..
Advised to drive the car longer(at least 30mins..very happy with service..

Went into Halfords at 10am on Sunday 7th Jan 24 as my car battery was playing up, asked if they could supply and fit a new one Excellent service I was on my way home with a new fitted battery at 18 minutes past 10. Brilliant, well done Halfords.

very helpful staff, who helped me find what I needed. Sean, the guy who actually fitted new headlamp bulbs in my car, was very knowledgeable & super efficient, as there was little room for him under the bonnet to maneuver the fitting easily.

Popped in to Cheltenham Halfords to buy a new headlight bulb a few weeks ago. Was asked if I wanted a free 10 point check on my car, free of charge. Sean came out and did the 10 point check, telling me exactly what he was doing. He had a hard time getting the bulbs in place but he didn't give up! Staff were lovely - especially Sean. He was chatty, friendly and professional - even though it was pouring with rain. I was told I would be sent a survey, but I didn't receive one, so leaving a review instead.

Good experiences with this store. Took two bikes off of me to be recycled that had seen better days. Recently also bought a bike for collection and it was built and ready to collect 3 days earlier than expected.

I just come back from Halfords (Cheltenham)and mr Jason (top man ) helped me with bulb fitting with top speed 👌 so great work and see you on next occasion
