Absolutely fabulous holiday. friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms and great evening entertainment. The choices of meals in the Dining Room were exceptional. The location on the sea front is perfect over looking the bandstand and a very short walk to the shopping areas. We will definitely go again.

Just back home from a 4 night stay on the Land Lubbers cruise. What a fantastic experience it was. With very comfortable and clean bedrooms and public areas, this hotel is a must for anyone wishing to stay in Llandudno. The staff were friendly and helpful and the wide choices and quality of food was amazing. We shall be back!

A fantastic hotel, brilliant service, food and the decor is modern and aesteticly pleasing. The room is comfortable and stocked with amenities and in a prime location.

The staff there are amazing and can't do enough, the only improvement would be the cleaning of things like the tea pot and kettle as they were not the cleanest. Everything else I can't fault them. Food was spot on and felt very looked after. Thank you for a fab weekend.

Stunning Hotel with fantastic food. The service is 1st class too. Themed nights entertainment and reasonable priced drinks. What more could you want?

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Great location, very comfortable rooms, beautifully maintained and furnished, fabulous food and wonderful staff. I went on a 'Mock Cruise' which was fantastic.

Really nice hotel. Staff are very professional and helpful. Nice bar areas inside and outside. Car parking is available for free at the rear of the hotel with access to reception up the stairs. Room was small but very clean and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Food was delicious with table service breakfast included. Dark mild beer on tap in the bar as well as lager and bitter and all the usual drinks. Entertainment is provided most nights and there is a small dance floor for those who want to dance. 7 minute walk to the theatre makes this an Ideal place to stay.

Excellent hotel run by great management and staff. Coach party visit and no problems throughout the whole stay. Looking forward to visiting again next year. Thank you all for a great 5 days

Absolutely fantastic experience, mock cruises to various countries, good food, staff outstanding, great location

I was sent here by my daughters for a surprise 60th birthday present. I normally don’t like surprises but this one was one of the best they have given me. The hotel was lovely great atmosphere and spotless. The room was set up with champagne cake balloons shortly after arriving I was also given a beautiful basket of flowers. The staff was busy but nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and well presented. The junior suite was absolutely gorgeous with lots of room and outside area to sit. All in all 100% will definitely be going back.

Rooms are very clean with a modern boutique style, only issue is the steps to the rooms could be difficult for less able bodied guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. Particular praise for Magdelena in the restaurant who went above and beyond too make sure my allergies were catered for. A lovely central location but very quiet rooms.

Had a lovely lunch here today, with my friends. Food was lovely and tasty, served by polite and pleasant staff. Will be returning at a later date. 😊

Love hotel, great people great services and the food well what can you say

We didn't stop in one of the rooms just had a few drinks and chips in there outside cafe/ bar .
They initially gave us a hot iced latte which was not what was expected but they soon rectified the mistake with a lovely one and no charge for either which was very nice of them .
Staff were all very attentive, fantastic location on the front overlooking the sea/ pier ,
The reception and toilets were extremely nice and the outside area was to although on our visit it was blocking all the sun .
If we want a hotel in Llandudno in future we shall definitely check here out

Standard room are small but through out the hotel is immaculately clean , The juniour suites are spacious with a settee to relax. The service is Impeccable throughout this hotel. The decor is beautiful.
We stayed their in July for my birthday. I had a fabulous time. Friends turned up to have dinner with us. The food is delicious.
We danced and joined in the other guest to have fun and laughter with the coach tour guests.
To the recption staff ,dinning room staff, the domestic who services our room are all work to high standards and are exceptional .
Not forgetting the bar staff.
This is a private hotel where the owners work very hard with their staff and earn respect.
Thank you for a fabulous team who help to make our hols wonderful.

We booked our rooms quite last minute and were not disappointed in any way. Super friendly helpful staff. A lovely room and car parking along with a reasonably priced bar. What more could we ask for. We return later on the strength alone. An excellent place to stay 10/10

Me and my other half stayed here for the weekend for a little getaway, and we were not dissapointed. All the staff were kind, helpful and very friendly. Especially G and M that worked on the bar, honestly some of the nicest and funniest people you'll ever meet. Food was absolutely lovely, from breakfast to tea (dinner) we booked a suite and was exactly what we needed, spacious, clean and was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Walking distance from everywhere you'd need to go, such as town centre and the pier and gorgeous views. Very easy to get lost with a drink in hand sitting out the front, enjoying the views. Thete is sonething there for everyone, so boredom is not an option. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone for a holiday or getaway.

Where do I start. From the moment we were greeted with afternoon tea on arrival to the friendly wave wen we left we cudnt fault ANYTHING. Rooms meals friendly staff. From the lovely manager to the bar staff and housekeeping staff. Wud like to mention victoria our waitress who was so polite and nothing too much trouble. A credit to your team. It was our 40th anniversary. Were going to italian lakes. Soo glad we didnt now it was just lovely and we made some lovely friends. From 15th-19th june room 21. Thankyou.xx
