Caffè Nero

When looking for a good coffee I always search for a Nero. I love the strong, smooth coffee they do. You can have a coffee with less strength if you wish.
The staff are friendly and get your orders done quickly.
This cafe is in the heart of Llandudno and not far from the beach so it’s easy to get to and sit or grab a takeaway.
The toilets were clean as the rest of the seato g areas including the nice 1st floor area which has great chairs and windows to watch the world pass by.

Lovely coffee here and they do decaff too! Got an oatmeal latte for lactose intolerant daughter and a decaff cappuccino for me. The great thing is they're open till 7pm whereas so many cafes shut at 3 or 4! It's in a great spot on the corner with lots of pavement tables too so good views of passers by 😁. Service was a bit terse but I bet it was only because it was the end of a long busy Saturday for the 2 gentlemen on the counter, they were probably ready for the day to end! I'm sure if we'd have been there at 10 instead of 6 they'd have been very friendly, hence still giving 5 stars 😄 would definitely go back for the great coffee, comfy chairs and nice view 👍🏻

Very busy, but the two young ladies on duty were very efficient and friendly.
There was seating available and the table was clear and clean.
I had the Italian cream bun which was deeelishus.

Fantastic coffee, relaxing atmosphere with music playing in the background. Can get busy, staff always friendly.

Lovely and friendly staff members. I enjoyed cosying up in one of the large armchairs with a chai latte and a slice of blueberry muffin cheesecake

Great friendly staff. Very hard working.
They are under a lot of pressure from serving so many customers but they do a brilliant job. The coffee is great and so are the cakes and rolls.

Great place for coffee not too far from the sea

Love this cafe, it's always our first stop of the day. GREAT coffees esp the Americano which is tip top strength not like the dishwater of the competition. We also like a almond croissant and the super helpful staff always give it a twirl in the old microwave to make it taste like super fresh again.
Staff are invariably really helpful. As much as I like to put money in the pockets of small businesses I can't bring myself to forego this treat just yet

The nice thing about the big brand coffee shops is they're open when all your local ones are closed. Cafe Nero was open till 8pm. So I had a leisurely coffee and pastry after my shopping before going home. Its a nice cafe with two floors toilets up and down. Counter service as standard is quick and efficient. A little pricier than non branded cafes but hey look at the opening hours. Of course you can takeaway too. Handy if you're at the Theatre and you need a snack before you go in. Nice staff nice location good stock and variety clean and tidy. Nice comfy place to chat too with sofas and bucket seats. I go home relaxed and happy
Well done Cafe Nero you are filling a need when about 99% of your competition has long since closed their doors.

Apart from Nero is my favourite high street brand of coffee, I love this chain because they have good gluten free options on their menu. I've recently been diagnosed gluten intolerant and I do find it hard to find nice things to have from cafes.

I tried their coconut and raspberry slice with my usual black coffee today and they ate delicious. Not at all heavy like some gluten free baked products.

This is my first visit to this particular Nero. It is spacious, has two floors, is in a nice corner location on the main shopping street. Toilets on both floors too.

The store offers free WiFi and they have a loyally scheme to collect a free cup of coffee.

The young lady that served me was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Popped in for a hot drink and ended up with a hot chocolate. Service was polite and helpful so had a hot chocolate and was not disappointed. Right temperature and a good chocolate taste. Prices reasonable and comparable to other cafe's. Room upstairs as so had comfy chairs by a window so good to just chill with

It is a great place to drink a warm coffee and relax while visiting Llandudno as a tourist. The staff was very lovely. Barista, Hakan, was very kind and helpful. All the coffees he prepared were delicious. I would love to this Nero again in the future.

Smiley and welcoming staff member served us as we were leaving after a day visiting. Think he had been there all day but he was still friendly and service with a smile.

Only got bottled water and bottles of coke but they were nice and chilled.

Tempting to get cake and although they looked yummy we decided to pass.

Visited on 04/01/23 around 16:30. The man and women behind the counter were super friendly and talkative and made my drinks lovely had a tea and a luxury mocha. Nice cosy store looking out on to Llandudno. Pass my kind messages on to the staff members on shift I didn’t grab their names :)

Had a great experience at Nero.
Staff member was by himself but was efficient and quick and made an excellent drink.
Asked for pastries and some friendly advice about being careful of the seaguls was also given.
Rushed off his feet but cheery throughout, excellent service and great drinks and food.

Staff really friendly and were really helpful. I'm have an allergy to dairy, so was pleasantly surprised when they had a selection of plant based milks for me to choose from. Went with a nice cup of tea and oat milk. Plenty of room on ground floor and upstairs, also has seating outside, great for people watching.
