I have always enjoyed The Cornish Cheese Company's blue.
It is creamy, with a mild blue taste. I even like the rind...
I ordered some recently for myself and two of my children and we have really appreciated the effort that goes into making such a quality product.
It is extremely versatile and can be used in soups, on baked potato, pizza, in burgers , with various chutneys or just on it's own with a glass of wine!

Ordered brie, blue, yarg and jack for our wedding and everyone loved it! Every single one was delicious. The communication was excellent when I had queries and the delivery was great with regular updates of when to expect it. Would definitely recommend!

This Blue is a creamy soft full flavoured cheese which is fantastic on crackers or in any recipe that needs a lift.
Try some on a Blue steak or good quality burger. yummy.

The most beautifully creamy blue cheese I have ever tasted. The Yarg I hadn't tasted before but it was absolutely delicious. I have introduced others to both the blue and the yarg by sharing it and they loved it too.

Ordered one kilo of the blue cheese but definitely wasn’t enough. Ordered two kilos of the cheese 😀 Absolutely loved it. Had it on it’s own, with wine and it makes a killer blue cheese sauce. Can’t wait to get some more 👍

This is a cheese producer who, when the economic situation is difficult , wants only to make money to support itself but does NOT want to waste its excellent
Cornish Blue Cheese.
When left with 8 TONS of cheese it signed up to a site to promote NO FOOD WASTE and is selling its delicious cheese at such a low price I felt guilty taking it home.
I will be back in the autumn to try and buy its other cheese.

I love these cheeses. The Cornish Blue is my favourite followed closely by the Cornish Brie. I have Brie on toast for breakfast, great way to start the day.

Absolutely love all their cheese especially brie and cornish yarg. My friends say the brie is the best they have ever tasted. My favourite is the yarg. The company is a delight to deal with, they are professional and very efficient.

I’ve purchased cheese from these guys a few times and always top notch (first tried at good food show a few years ago) when I went to show this year they had some of there Cornish Blue extra mature, all I can say was it was amazing, best cheese I’ve had in along time, if you get the chance buy some you will not be disappointed
