Argos Darlington (Inside Sainsbury's)

To be honest I was fuming with my delivery and i never usually get a delivery,i always go to the shop.But 4 of my items out of the 10 that got delivered were smashed and now I'm out of pocket as i had to drive to Darlington and back from Catterick.I also wasted £3.95 on the delivery ! But i took all the damaged items into the store at Darlington and the manageress was exceptional.Totally 5 star service and happy to help me out,a total credit to Argos

Found Sue at Argos at Darlington really helpful and nothing was to much trouble for Her as I wanted to see the shade of the curtains before I bought.
Can highly recommend this store and staff.

Quick service. Helpful assistant took my purchase to my car for which I was very grateful as it was quite large. Cashier was helpful and caring.

Very quick and easy to buy something using the catalogues or to collect something which has been bought online.

The location makes parking easy and it's convenient for just going here or as part of a shop or cafe visit in Sainbury's.

Yesterday I reviewed a pedal bin and complained about difficulty in opening the lid. I have solved the problem and withdraw the complaint with apologies.
