She was most kind, gentle, and sweet.
I want to come every day now.

Brilliant staff and service. So polite, friendly and helpful. I suffer from gluten and lactose intolerance, and on explaining this to the staff they were all so helpful in giving advice on what I could have. I even had choices!! And a strawberry non cheesecake which tasted amazing!! I was so happy I could have hugged them all.
This service is not a one off event either, as I have been before and had the same excellent level of service from different staff.

Loved just browsing round, let's face it, there's not many shops like this around any more.

I left a precious necklace in the changing rooms 9n the first floor . The staff saved it for me. I am so grateful. Thank you ladies.

Great store for all your retail shopping

Sold a lot of the top brand clothes, aftershave, perfumes, watches etc, had a lift to reach other floors for household, cafe & toilets, also had escalator to reach 1st floor, had tea & biscuits in cafe, staff polite & friendly, top floor did have some clothes although did look like they had just been placed there rather than any fancy display, no fault of the shop or staff, but had to pay cash for some clothes purchased as the Internet had a problem that day so card machine not working

Bought a pair of shoes today just after 3pm sales assistant Julie was trying to serve more than 7 customers on her own - 1 member of staff that was all that was on the large shoe department
After trying many pairs to fit my daughter she even gave us her time to suggest a pair which were the ones we bought - Give this lady a pay rise !
Would have given more starts if possible thank you Julie

I only attended the cafe but the tea was good value and the environment really pleasant and calming. The rest of the store was a pleasant place but most items, except vacuum cleaners, were pricey.

Met up with siblings in Binns Cafe was amazing

Only good thing about House of Frazer,is the Game department downstairs,and the cafe,they're the only reasons I go in

Not many people are aware but Game is also on the lower floor inside . There quite a large range of toys figures and computer games brilliant place to take kids 👍

The Mrs wondered in to see about some Mac make up. The Mac artist 'Kimi' was sound, didn't try to sell us on anything and just advised whilst doing her make up bits to the Mrs. Really decent shopping experience for us both as neither of us were hassled into buying. I got a nice waist coat and tie too in store.

Loved our fish & chips - views are a bonus

It is so lovely to have a store that you can walk around in comfort and actually see and feel the goods 6ou are buying. The service is good and the cafe is a real community experience with good food on offer and delicious cakes.

Great selection and staff

It has changed somewhat over the years and to those of my age it was Bins still a great department store but unfortunately the old coffee grinding machine in the basement coffee shop has long since gone you used to be able to walk anywhere on the outside of that building and you could always smell fresh ground coffee. I remember going with my sister when my mother would take us we would go from one floor to the next to the next for the whole afternoon. More of a remembrance rather than a recommendation but it is still worth going and you will still receive the same service but I have known all my life.

Went to the Dior counter very helpful

Much improved from a few years ago, range is improving all the time and always well presented
